Nice clean spacious but mattress needs replacing and the bathroom fan is very loud

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 nights and found it very clean, comfortable and spacious for the 3 of us.We were on the 2nd floor and mostly used the stairs but there is a lift if needed.Staff were friendly and happy to help with any enquiries. The buffet breakfast is a great way to start your day with plenty of choices.We stayed in winter so the hot water took a little time to come through but if your patient it will get there.The Wifi worked great, no issues. There were block out blinds but our room faced onto a car wash which kept there lights on all night so light showed in the side gaps of the blind which normally would bother me but I slept ok surprisingly. The location was good even with travelling to Canberra a few times, would stay again.

For the money I paid it was excellent.

Was wondering why the shower was so clean. Hot water took a very very long time to come through. People probably would have given up waiting but I remained just for that little bit longer and it finally came through.

Great clean quiet hotel in a good location in Queanbeyan. Main shopping strip with some cafes and restuarants is around 10 minutes easy walk from the hotel. Located close to the local Aldi, K-mart, Woollies and Coles. Staff at check in and check out were very friendly. Room was clean and well appointed. I stayed on the top floor and was pleased to find a small lift available which made it much easier to take my bags up to the room and back down at check-in and check-out. My one small gripe is the lack of ability to connect my laptop to the TV screen in the room. It's locked down to a service delivered through I think Foxtel. It does offer theoption to cast from a laptop, tablet or mobile phone but I couldn't get this to work - aside from that very minor issue, I loved my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Just a one night stay.Staff super nice. Room was very clean, comfortable and well located. Pool looked very inviting, but we didn’t get a chance to try it. Carpet was a little worn near front door - that is the only fault I could find.

Given front room on the main road. Lots of noise. Windows had have the blind down due to screen torn.

The property needs upgrading. The A/C was old and noisy. Both TVs did not pick up any channels. Even basics like tea and coffee were difficult due to no milk being available in the rooms, it nedds to be picked up at reception. They are unavailable after 9pm and no one answers the phone. There are better options close by. If this property gets a bit of an upgrade, it might be ok. Until then, look at better options nearby

It is ok. hard to open the door. quite old. Not safe for the kid at level 3.
