Best hotel breakfast buffet ever!

Clean room, friendly staff, nice hotel, good breakfast. Close to restaurants and shopping

Got stuck in Parry Sound due to weather conditions, this hotel was in a great location. Lots of food/shops around. Hotel itself is beautiful, room was nice. Bed was comfy too.

Moldy grout in the shower. Only two towels. Was not as clean despite the staff on their hands and knees cleaning the floor in the lobby. Isabelle at the bar is a delight though.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everyone is so welcoming and accommodating. Everything is clean and tidy and my kids love the hot chocolate machine in the lobby!

We booked an accessible room, however it had a tub the room we switched to also had a tub and not a roll in shower. Furthermore i complained about the annoying noise the heater/ ac made. She called back to tell me its due to a change in the westher. Nlt impressed change in the weat. We asked to be switched and they weren't able to accomodate

The hotel was wonderful, the staff were great. The room was beautiful and quiet. Breakfast was also good
