This hotel was very central to lots of great food spots within 10-15 mins walking distance. Beautiful view of the ocean and the infinity pool over looking the water into nice sunsets

We loved this hotel! Had a great experience overall. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast buffet was amazing, but the views from the room balcony and/or the infinity pool were spectacular! We will be back

Everyone from the staff were great, from the bell boy - valet parking to receptionist, and room attendant. The Hotel has the perfect location everything within walking distance, beach shopping, and restaurants.

Beautiful location looking at the islands from the pool deck.

Very bad service they don't have enough people for the amount of customers. Also, towels and chairs at the pool were laking and the areas, including bathrooms were very dirty.

Like other reviewers will say. The smoke alarm has a very bright LED which blinks all night long. The air conditioning works extremely well, but I wish it dehumidified as well as it cooled, This may not be possible I guess. This property is beautiful and new but it is already starting to show its age(water features in valet, pool tiles, railing to pool. The property seems like it was rushed into business. There should be multiple hooks to hang towels in the bathroom, and by the front door. The deck was great and the chairs were actually pretty comfortable, missing a little coffee table. The buffet was nice to try but i was expecting more “American” options. There were cruise passengers that would come through and overwhelm the staff, annoying for those of us actually staying at the hotel. Our room was cleaned and reset daily, very nice. Lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Pool gets chilly after sun down. Sun deck was great. I don’t know if it was just the time of year but the Sinaloa bands were out in full force. Sometimes there would be four or five bands playing on the beach and they are very loud, this on top of music playing at the adjacent holiday inn and at the pool bar makes for a deafening afternoon most days, but this seems to be the norm in Mazatlan! :)

Overall good place

I go to Mazatlan a few times a year. We usually go to a different hotel each time. We like to see what they offer like amenities, location, view. This place is by far the best. Staff was super nice, rooms were great and the view was pretty awesome. No more staying at other hotels when we visit there. Would recommend to everyone I know.
