It’s ok for the price paid , i would recommend for them to add more lighting inside the room and put better matters it would help . Beside that it’s pretty decent.

I never received the entry codes even though I emailed, texted and called. When I managed to get a code I was surprised that the following day it was changed and no one informed me.

The property is nice. But Expedia and the property communication was very bad. I had to call ten times from uk and seven times whilst in Larnaca to have access. They changed codes but never told me. They claim they send me messages via Expedia. I received nothing.

Nice room, very well decorated and super clean. A bit small I wish we had one on the upper floor for natural light. Overall nice experience and close to restaurants and beach.

Construction site next door was noisy. We carried suitcases up stairs; didn't see any sign of an elevator. No front desk. But the place is cozy, and a nice place to stay. Room isn't large, but you can relax in lounge areas outside the room. In-room amenities were nice.

Sweet, nice and cozy hotel. Easy chek in, great area, nice lobby with coffee and tea area. Loved it

No hot water, ants on the floor and table, no chair for “work station”, cheapest bed and toiletries you can imagine, and that’s just the room. Good luck getting any sleep with the screeching, fighting cats outside, the cars revving their engines on the block, and the garbage truck that loudly shows up at 5am every morning. Service? None. They don’t even respond to messages. Don’t waste your money here.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and love the convience of the area. The place will be recommended in future to others.

We stayed for two nights, check-in was easily and smooth (we checked-in at 2 am). Quiet and clean. Room service is offered daily.

The hotel was close to everything and very cutely decorated. Super easy to access and self check in was convenient.

Me and my husband stayed in the Edem hotel for 2 nights . It was the best hotel I enjoyed our room. The view was amazing I loved the deco. It looked clean and comfortable. Will defo stay again when we come to Cyprus

Excellent value for money

Shower head slipping. Cold water one morning. Air con a little hit and miss in older rooms but excellent in newer rooms. Lounge area air con not working. Only saw a human being on staff once. But very quaint and friendly and easy with a soft bed.

Great location, easy check-in. Bathrooms were very basic but rooms were comfortable with strong wifi. Was everything I needed and Kleopas was very accommodating. Would stay again!

Everything was good. Email with entry code & room key is sent prior to arrival. No active reception on site. Very quiet location but close to everything you could possibly need. Including bus stop, laundry, ATM, money exchange & market. The place is clean & modern. The refrigerator is helpful in room since no breakfast is served. There is a place to hang wet clothing near my room. Tables to eat & also an area to relax in common area. No complaints. Room was well stocked with toiletries & towels.
