It's quite good and the staff is friendly. It's just a bit unresponsive when it comes to cleaning requests; you have to remind them once or twice before they start cleaning. The bathroom water is actually clean and clear, but sometimes there's a slightly unpleasant odor coming from the shower and sink water. The sink water still has a slight metallic smell.

I've been here four times and never been disappointed. But I hope the Cordex at Guru Patimpus will have a bar and restaurant in the future. That way, if you want to hang out at the bar or enjoy breakfast, there'll be more variety. Overall, it's a top-notch hotel at an affordable price.

I stayed in room 207. It met my expectations. I definitely would like to stay again and recommend this facility. Oh, the smart TV in this room didn’t work well. The WiFi was connected yet nothing can be accessed. It said the connection was limited.

The hotel's location is strategically located in the city center. The price range is very competitive and affordable. The place is clean, but the water has a slight odor, so please pay attention to the quality. Overall, it was very pleasant. The staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Trip will continue to be the hotel of choice for future visits to Medan.
