For a Tokyo hotel, the rooms are quite spacious, the hotel grounds are quiet, and there's a washing machine in the room. 😁 The transportation hub is a bit far, but less than 1 km away.

I arrived at this hotel at 10:00 AM and was immediately checked in. They were incredibly helpful. The service was excellent, and the hotel has complete amenities. You can cook meals and there's a coin laundry downstairs. The location is excellent, near Shinsaibashi Station and very close to Shinsaibashi Street. Very satisfying.

We really enjoyed our experience while staying here. The room is spacious and with great facilites provided such as microwave, sink, washing machine, etc. The hotel location itself is quite strategic too. Will definitely come back here if i going to japan again in the future.

There are some great points from this place, but there are few things stood out for us: cleanliness and room facilities! It has almost everything that a family needs to stay for days, from kitchen utensils, washing machine, complete toiletries even down to body weighing scale and vacuum cleaner! I love the design of the room, bit spacious for Japan's location and sophisticated! 😉 If there's anything to improve is that the sofa in the picture should have been converted into a bed since there were 4 of us, but only 3 beds were provided.

Very good serviced apartment. Someone at front desk 24/7.

The location is okay, but the room is small.
