Everyone at the Hotel was absolutely amazing! So kind and thoughtful. We had a great stay…would most definitely stay again.

Staff is wonderful, kind accommodating and professional. I felt respected and safe at this hotel. Great location. I was able to walk to all the attractions I wanted to see. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect room and very nice accommodating staff

Great location. Beautiful room with extra amenities. Water jug was a nice touch. Staff were all friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Max greeted us at check-in and made the process quick and smooth. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay — would definitely recommend.

Great staff and excellent service!

Vlthe room was very clean. City scape king along the side of the building (not the corner) and it was a great size room for the 2 of us. Automated lighting, drapes and shades were cool. I had a spa appointment and my hotel card would not allow me access that floor, nor other floors where our friends were staying. Therefore we had to take the stairs a few times. It was fruatrating a bit. And the hot tub pool area closed at 7pm because of the nightclub. That was disappointing. Not sure I would stay here again when travelling with others because of the inability to get to eachothers rooms. Otherwise, great stay. And we adopted/purchased our sock monster in out room. Great addition!

Clean and spacious room with great view and privacy options. Room service was great, friendly and patient staff. Breakfast was AMAZING, highly recommend the French Toast!!!! Lounge was laid back early on, later very busy but inviting.

Amazing staff and great hospitality, a must visit.

Front desk staff with check in and check out were amazing and very friendly, Hotel was very clean and modern. However, when my partner and I went to go for dinner we were turned away due to “not wearing nice enough dress pants” while there is young guys getting let in wearing chains and ripped pants. We proceed to try and order room service except every time we call front desk our call does not get transferred and tried about 5 or 6 times. It was a pretty special day/evening we were spending at the Paradox and were extremely disappointed with the service between check in and check out. All controls on bedside tables for lights/shades did not work and then tried to have a bath but plug seal had a crack in it. We then waited 1.5 hours to get any service for a new bath drain plug. I’m sure this doesn’t happen very often but when explained there was nothing said other than sorry you had a bad experience. When you pay $600+ a night for a hotel room do something to make it right. My family and I will never be recommending this hotel due to the lack of care for my partner and I during our stay.

Clean and friendly staff

Good location and the staff was very friendly.

The rooms are spacious, views are great. We had a soaker tub and it was wonderful to use. All staff were friendly and courteous, from from desk to the valets. Room service from their Karma Lounge was top! Pool and hot tub was also relaxing. They have their outdoor heating on, which was awesome. My only comment would be cleanliness, surface level clean but not the deep clean between guests. For example, behind that soaker tub... Someone's old vomit was along the back of it. That was an ick. I spilled a cup of coffee, and when I notified them for clean up, there will still coffee drips noticeably on the floor.

Great hotel and service!!!

I want to premise this review by saying I travel A LOT, for both business and pleasure, and I can be quite picky about my accomodations. But my stay at the Paradox was absolute perfection. The check-in was easy, the check-out was easy, and I even got an unexpected upgrade. The room was beautiful - very clean, modern, quiet and cozy. Lights are dimmable which is really enjoyable at night. The view of the city was also unreal. I ordered breakfast and dinner through room service and both were delicious. Can’t say enough good things! Truly a 10/10 stay.
