The property is beautiful with its modern decor. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The dining options were plentiful. I definitely would love to stay again if some type of transportation option was included. The hotel is approximately 30 to 40 minutes from the heart of the city where more of the locals live. The problem we encountered was getting a Uber in the morning; no one would accept the ride. The front desk staff would request a taxi, which took approximately 10 minutes to get there. We ate breakfast while we waited. On days when we scheduled excursions with pickup included, we had to contact them to learn if they would be able to pick us up and all stated we were to far. So we technically had to pay for transportation twice. This is definitely not a reflection of the hotel. The hotel could offer a transportation service twice a day that could drop you off near the clock tower at 8am and pickup you back up at the same spot at maybe 8pm. This could make them at least more marketable, since they are so far away. We never had a problem getting transportation from the city. I would love to go back and see if they make one of the adjacent store fronts an indoor pool.

Great close location to the Shipyard I was working with, had everything I needed, hot water, clean sheets, cold AC and a mini fridge. Perfect for business in the Mamonal area, only 3 mins drive instead of 40 to go to Boca grande

Han desmejorado mucho la alimentación y cada vez es más costosa y de menor calidad. Deberían aprovechar la ubicación del hotel y dar variedad y alimentos frescos

La verdad normal, lo que no nos agrado fue el servicio, prácticamente cuando uno solicitaba algo era una espera larga o nos ignoraban.

Muy buena. Deben mejorar la claridad en los pasillos. Son muy oscuros debido a el alumbrando solo encuende al detectar movimiento. Da temor pasar por esos pasillos.

Sin toallas en la habitación, aire acondicionado no enfriaba, desayuno muy pobre. No vale lo que cuesta
