Excellent staff

Estuvo todo excelente solo que no te permiten dejar entrar nada y no tienen una amplia variedad de alimentos ni bebidas;aparte que dejan de brindar servicio después de las 8 y es mas problema cruzar etc

The front desk female was rude, not elevators, there was a fresh paint outside with not warning, we stained our clothes, very bad design rooms, bad beds, rundown rooms. Definitely will not make a reservation again at this hotel.

In the beach

We arrived early, we were informed of a deposit required, and conditions to recieve deposit back. No destruction, water diety sheets. It made us feel like we had to sleep on the floor. No full mirror, the AC was good. The fact that we were next to the icean was the benefit. We were not allowed to bring outside drinks????

We have to ask for toilet papers and towels, bar close to early at 8pm and close accres to the beach even in the morning, No security at night The AC no working when arrive The phone line broken and never fixed

If You Are Looking For A Romantic Getaway. Or With The Family. This Is The Place. Beach Is Behind Hotel. Great Views.

Near the beach

The bed and room itself smelled like humidity I’m not sure if the Smell came from the bedsheets or if there was a flooding and the room just smells like that since then but it was nothing unbearable either way it is an ok hotel for the price. Staff was nice, right on the beach loved waking up to the sound of the waves 😍

La comida es cara y se tardan en servirla y no tiene sabor

Aunque la habitación en la reserva era sin vista al mar, desde el balcón se podía ver la playa lo cual me pareció perfecto. La atención del personal fue excelente, toallas para alberca, plancha todo de manera inmediata y muy servicial. Sin duda se recomienda al 100.

Habitación bien, el baño descuidado, no habían huéspedes y la atención brillo por su ausencia. Pero si exigen que les consumas comida y bebida en áreas comunes. Tenías que buscarlos hasta recepción para pedir una bebida que para colmo era puro hielo.

Cuando llegamos la habitación aún no estaba lista, pero la amabilidad y la calidad del lugar y su comodidad se perdona todo. Volvería siempre a este hotel. 10/10

Las habitaciones tal como las publican ,el personal agradable , sin problema de internet en general una buena experiencia. A mejorar Ampliar horario de alberca Televisores
