The staff were extremely Lu attentive, kind and helpful. The room had all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel is excellent. At first I thought the traffic noise would be a problem, but it was not. I would stay there again.

This is an excellent hotel that’s walking distance from everywhere you want to go in Genoa. My room was large with a beautiful, large bathroom, and everything I needed. It was also very clean. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I strongly recommend Hotel Astoria!

Nice hotel only a few minutes from the train station and the shopping area. The room was clean and the bathroom looked new. I really appreciated the help of the staff. I had to drop off the luggage one day before checking in. They were very organized and kept my luggage for a day before putting it in my room for me.

Staff excellent arrived early from cruise stored luggage for us and prioritized room cleaning for earlier check-in Great English-speaking counter staff and breakfast people

Room was very clean and staff very nice. Wifi was dependable. We did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on food.
