Good amenities but we were denied getting new towels twice during a 3 night stay. There are also no towels for use with the pool or hot tub so you have to use the two room towels for that as well, and won’t be able to have them washed. That’s a pretty poor experience.

Practical, convenient, great atmosphere

Very clean hotel, bed was comfortable and the spa was very nice.

The air conditioner was not working, I attempted to use it because I wanted to keep the room's atmosphere warmer, but I saw a note stating that the AC was out of service, that was inconvenient.

Everything was good

Very comfortable hotel in a quiet, safe neighborhood. There are several good restaurants nearby, and shopping is within walking distance. The hotel is near the ocean, making morning walks along the shore an imperative. I enjoyed my stay.

The price of this establishment is really good! We are very likely to stay here every time we go to Montevideo! The location is perfect!

A great bargain! They

Everything about the hotel is good, except the free bicycle rent service. My bike chain came off, but I fixed it in 5 minutes. Bicycles there avaliable for rent are functional but broken. Like you can ride them but they are about to fall apart. I guess it can still last for 6 years.

Close to bus stations, Punta Carretas shopping center (many good food options). This hotel is close enough to Tre-Cruces bus station that taking a public bus is more than adequate. Washing + dryer on site is a huge plus!

Room was very comfortable. Located steps away from waterfront promenade. Front desk staff were extremely helpful. Was a great stay here.

Very convenient place, really clean but we were on the first floor and the gum downstairs was blasting music 6:30 am, other than that great place!!!
