we enjoyed that the property was close to airport and downtown charlotte. easily accessible to grocery and restaurants. communication was great. Only complaint we had was the cleanliness of the pool, a lot of debris at the bottom of pool along with bugs and the pool chairs weren't clean. Other than that we were happy and would use this property again.

Nice place to stay, pictures are misleading, the pool was no where in site. Also be aware of a noice machine in the living quart (2) and in each bedroom??? You will get a Notification that you set off meter. Having friends visit we had No music playing just laughter and conversation. Noice ordinance states starts at 9pm. We got notified both times before 9. Besides from that the place was nice. Easy fast drive to convention center. But noice meters in bedrooms??? What is that all about!

Good spot

Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed, from dishwashing and laundey detergent. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The building was in a newly constructed buidling and gated. The pool was just a walk away in another gated section. We were very close to downtown and the highway. We will stay here next time we're in town.

Great property and quick access and great location

Our stay was AMAZING at Kasa FreeMoreWest! We had a little issue with the room that we checked into but someone immediately came & helped us out. They switched us to an upgraded room & we couldn’t have been more pleased! The maintenance guy on site was SO helpful & kind. Communicating via text was so quick & easy. I feel like they truly care about your comfort during your stay with them. Would definitely recommend them for a family stay. The two bedroom was PERFECT for our family of 4.

Kasa was beyond what we expected. It was very clean. 5-6 mins drive to restaurants and bars. 20-25 mins walk, which we did. Safe. Instructions to get in to Kasa was easy. We will definitely be back again!

Everything was great except I don't smoke weed and the room smelled like weed the 2 days we were there.

Stay was good! The building entrance is a bit confusing but at the end everything worked out!

Easy check in. Everything is done remotely and you are sent a code to access the property. The apartment was spacious and appointed well, especially the kitchen which meant we ate in every night of our stay. There is a swimming pool and gym located a short walk away which is shared with the other apartment blocks nearby. The hallways smell funky. Fortunately this did not permeate the apartment but meant holding our breath as we walked to our car.

This place was amazing! So clean and I feel safe
