Very nice hotel, great location next to Old Town, reasonably priced, good breakfast buffet, very comfortable king size bed, next to subway station though walkable to many attractions.

My stay was good. The property is starting to show its age. The lobby furniture needs to be cleaned or updated. Room was good only issue is you can take a shower without getting water all over the floor the sliding shower door needs caulk under the frame. But every thing else was good. Love the Netflix option on the TV

Beautiful hotel….walking distance to several attractions….overall Romania is an experience that I hope everyone gets a chance to explore

We liked everything about the hotel. The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking Bucharest which was lovely. The only improvement I would suggest is to change towels each day.

Pleasant 4 nights trip to Romainia. A little disappointed that the pool/spa/sauna were closed for refurbishment! However, the hotel was close to the Old Town, shops, restaurants and metro/buses for convenience travel around the city and further a field.

Perfect location old but great hotel.

Check-in was excellent and fast and they even upgraded our room. Comfortable bed and nice bedding, open balcony. The hotel is in a great location and very central, close to the old town and close to the metro. The room is mostly comfortable but the bathtub is very high and difficult to get into. Even though we are a couple, for 3 nights they left us only one towel and on the fourth night they left no towels at all, every night I called the lobby to get more towels and it was very annoying. The heating didn't work even though it was 6 degrees outside because the hotel switched to summer mode - the room was freezing.

It was amazing, the room was quite and clean. The house keeping was very good. The staff was very polite and helpful, we got the room very quickly and it was as described in the order.

Lovely hotel. And very friendly attentive staff. Comfy and clean, and absolutely nothing to improve on my side. My only “complaint” was that I arrived very late, was jet lagged and hungry, checked into my room, and read the folder provided that said room service as available 24/7, so had a shower, washed my hair first before ordering. Picked up the phone to order around 23:20 to be told it’s no longer available and I would need to use an app such as bolt food to order. This was a little frustrating to me as otherwise I would have ordered earlier. So they should update their folders in the rooms. But other than that? It was a lovely stay!

Great staff, Emma at reception was really good. Had issues with the room we were in and they changed it asap. Issues were AC not working in the room, jacuzzi not in order, steam room not in order. Breakfast was very good and rest of staff helpful.
