Staff friendly, good location, the view of the swimming pool is so nice

The hotel is more like a motel not far from the beach, convenient for swimming and eating, but I think the service is unprofessional. I will not come back again if I have the opportunity to go to Da Nang.

Location: Quite close to the beach, but not too close to places to eat, coffee. The reception is quite friendly, there is a car rental service (150,000d/day) The room is quite clean, TV, wifi is quite good. The swimming pool on the roof, a bit small but the view is quite nice (infinity pool). Overall rating is quite good, if you want a quiet space, this is a place worth experiencing. The price is also quite affordable.

However, the receptionist is not very friendly, if not to say that you are a bit arrogant when meeting guests, do not greet much, do not smile and the way of speaking is "what do you mean..."????? I hope you can fix this and be more professional in your work & the room if there is an additional white light lamp will be more reasonable because the room is full of yellow lights, it looks a bit dull & too bright In general, the room is comfortable, clean, the walkway and the hotel are a bit small compared to what I imagined & the staff. When I arrived at 2:30, there was no receptionist to help with check-in. I had to call for a long time before someone could help. The room was quite nice and fully equipped, but the blanket had black mold stains that had not been completely removed. In addition, the bathroom was prone to overflowing into the outside area. The soundproofing was not very good. I could clearly hear the conversation in the next room if I spoke loudly and the crying of a child.

The room is clean but the view is not what I imagined. The location is not near the center. The surrounding roads are very dark. The staff is not too enthusiastic. Overall, it's okay.
