Really disappointing stay. The rooms were disappointing. The ceiling has damp and orange rust parts, when we asked apparently the hotel has decided to leave bare concrete for the ceiling and not plaster to add to the 'industrial theme' Only one flat pillow per person on the bed which meant i did not sleep and struggled with a sore neck. The breakfast was terrible, we were told its until 11am so arrived for it at 10.15. There were no knives available, all the butter was gone, staff were taking away empty produce plates and not restocking. There was no slices of bread left. The hash browns and beans were very cold in the 'hot' holder. Overall would not recommend this hotel unfortunately.

room was clean but not well organized to store personal goods with few room dedicated to guests. There is no room service, and nothing to make hot beverages in the room.

A great place to stay in Bordeaux on the tram line into the city. Modern clean rooms with convenient facilities. Moxy has its own culture and sits well in the Marriott family.

The AC DID NOT WORK the entire stay. It was not just our room, it was the entire hotel. How doesn’t a well-known brand have functional AC IN JUNE! I don’t accept the “saving the environment” argument as I am posting this review from a three-star hotel room in Lyon! I have been to 30+ European countries and 40+ European cities, the experience in Bordeaux was the worst one due to the hotel’s lack of air conditioning. Also, the location sucks! It is quite far from city center. For the price Moxy charges, this hotel was a massive let down! The location is de facto next to a junk yard!

Super concept et utilisation de l’espace! Et la vue du balcon sur le port était magnifique! L’equipe etait tres a l’ecoute et gentil! Petit dej était inclus. Les filles ont adore la balancoire!

Several members of our wedding party stayed here on each side of the wedding week. Both times we stayed the staff was truly amazing. From the welcome "tea" to storage of luggage and serving cold beers at the bar they were great! Safe new hip area with lots of food options. Would stay here again.

Excellent stay at the Moxy Bordeaux. The design of the room makes the best use of the space. Everything was clean and well organized. The bed was comfortable. The lounge downstairs is a pleasant space to relax before or after activities. The staff is young, dynamic and very friendly.
