Really solid hotel. We had the deluxe balcony we 2 adults and child. Only gripe is lack of counter space bathroom and bedside. A small fridge would’ve been nice, but the front desk was happy to chill/freeze some items for us.

A very clean, comfortable hotel with an outstanding staff of caring, professional employees.

Great location as the hotel is very close to a metro station. Staff were really friendly. Our only issue with the hotel was that the air conditioning was not working at night so it used to get uncomfortably warm. When we asked the reception about it, we were told that they don't run it at night during this time of the year.

This hotel was such a great place to stay. The staff were so warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had so much variety. And the restaurant was also delicious. Some of the best pizza I’ve had in Europe. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I typically sleep with a few extra pillows and the staff didn’t have any issues bringing extra to my room. The access to the metro right in front of the hotel made it feel like we were in central Paris. We will stay here again whenever we come back to Paris.

The place is great! Location has great transport link. The staff are friendly, clean room and they gave us fresh towels everyday.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and cozy with nice view. It is close to underground station. Pizza which we had delivered to room was tasty.

Excellent modern hotel…staff was extremely helpful! The breakfast was absolutely delicious with the best cheese, eggs, avocado dip, pastries, croissants and coffee. Chef is AMAZING…thank you so much Monsieur for making the best breakfast every morning and checking on us to make sure we were more than pleased! The pizza restaurant is excellent too…we had pizza of course and it was exceptional but we also loved the pan fried bass! I love the location…just half a block away from Metro 11 which takes u directly to heart of Paris…we walked everywhere and enjoyed the sights. Nights were very quiet in this very nice neighborhood in Paris! The only thing that could have topped this was Paris being a bit warmer! Viva Paris

Staff very helpful, rooms are very comfortable and clean. very impressed with the Hotel as bypassed our expectations. Definitely would recommend this hotel, close to transport links into Paris city centre and within walking distance to various eateries.

Excellent sur toute la ligne

Room was clean. There was no balcony. Reserved a taxi through front desk. Told rate was $70 to airport. More than the $57 fixed rate because hotel was far away from downtown and there was a fee for reserving. When we asked to cancel the booking, we were told there was a strike the next day and it would be very hard to get a taxi. Person that picked us up next day was not an official taxi driver. Probably a friend or relative. Told us the agreed upon rate was $75 to airport. There were taxis at the stands and no significant disruptions to transportation from strike. Hotel is in 8 or 9 arrondisement, so $57 fixed rate should have applied.

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Pizzas in the restaurant were very delicious.

We stayed in the connecting rooms as a family of 4. The rooms were very clean & beautifully updated. Very roomy as well. They give you Nuxe bat amenities & even the sheets smelled nice. We got the breakfast every morning which was beyond fantastic. ever kind of coffee, scrambled eggs, bacon, croissants, fruit, cottage cheese, cheese plate, several types of bread,jams,cake, juice & more. the pizzeria/restaurant food & decor was amazing as well! My only complaint was there is absolutely nothing to do in the area but the train & bus stops were right there to go to another area.

This hotel is a bit out of the city centre but has a metro station just outside of it. That metro will take you everywhere. The hotel and staff are amazing. It is a busy neighborhood with lovely people living and working in it.

Wonderful service! Luighi at the front desk was so welcoming and got us in our room right away. The place is just too cute. Breakfast buffet was on point
