Gorgeous decor, unique ambiance, excellent food and drinks.... I can't wait to return

We stayed for 1 night. It was okay. The complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning was meh.

When we arrived they gave us a key to our room. Upon opening the door it was clear this room hadn’t been cleaned from the previous stay. We returned to the lobby and they gave us a new room. This room also hadn’t been cleaned. This happened TWO MORE TIMES. When we finally got a clean room it looked nice but the motel is LOUD. The AC sounds like a freight train and there is no sound proofing. The old crappy motel was clearly decorated well and that’s about it. Not worth the money

Great spot for hitting hiking spots

Just needed a place to sleep. Was very comfortable, cozy, more character & charm than a chain hotel. Loved that I could switch the HVAC unit from cool to heat or off and it worked well. Loved the hinoki scented hair products and lotion. All great! Very close to downtown Lenox, Tanglewood, Kripalu.

Great price, lovely location, newer motel, comfy bed, clean. Noisy a/c. Would have appreciated a Kureg coffee maker in the room.

A great spot for resting between long hike days. Clean, modern and enjpyable. Great to have coffee every morning as well as cold citrus water available. Well done!

Up to date motel/hotel

The atmosphere and decor was incredible for a cute little motel. I’m a sucker for a boutique hotel and this definitely was up to standards. it’s quiet and wasn’t busy, clean and accommodating, staff was always very nice, and the restaurant was fantastic— again it was quiet we were one of maybe two other people eating there one night but 10/10 food we were very pleasantly surprised. Make sure to get the fresh forged mushroom raviolis!

This hotel looks exactly like the photos show. It had a great ambience and very quiet.

The bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet! A bit pricey but we made the reservation a bit late since this time of year is very busy in that area. I will definitely go back if needed.

Untold is a great hotel in the heart of the Berkshires. I will definitely b coming back Friendly staff and cozy restaurant on site We were able to book r stay 15 minutes b 4 r arrival. Thank goodness, we weren't sure at the time which hotel we wanted to stay at
