This place was incredible! The room was super spacious and the whole place was immaculate. I’m a stickler for cleanliness and I was very pleased. The breakfast was delicious and the host was very good in showing us around the place when we arrived. Bonus was feeding the ducks before we left :)

Great breakfast, nice common room

Amazingly clean with excellent breakfast and great hosts. Room was very comfortable affording the best night's sleep in a week. Beautiful setting. It is probably best visited with a vehicle but we managed by train and foot.

Owners were awesome! Their place is excellent! Food was great! And the Highland cows nearby were friendly.

The Hosts Nikolai and Melinda were extremely helpful and engaging. Rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable, with very modern accessories. The grounds are wonderful with birds everywhere, a stream running next to the property and an ancient stone bridge nearby (the bridge is the access to the property from the entry road. Really enjoyed the stay, and could have easily enjoyed staying longer.

The setting is idyllic and the house is immaculate. The only downside was the room we booked did not have en-suite avoid this room if you can. It did have a private bathroom across the corridor and the room was small. Despite all this it still is a beautiful place.

Really lovely couple of days stopover on the way to Mull, a brilliant find. Lovely rooms, the whole house has been beautifully renovated. Breakfasts were fantastic too. And such friendly owners too.

Peaceful area, next to a rushing river, ducks and gorgeous scenery.

We arrived around 8:30 l. There was a note on door to call and they would come, well we had no phone service so we couldn't call. We were thinking we might have to sleep in our car. But we walked to a neighbors and ask to use there phone they answered and said they would be right there and they were. Yurns out they live in the back of the property it would have been nice if they also said to knock on back door.

A beautifully finished, clean guesthouse in an idyllic location, perfect hosts and an outstanding breakfast - definitely recommended!

Very good ambience indoor and outdoor. The hosts are tentative and superb. We particularly like the lounge, spacious and relaxing.

I would absolutely recommend booking here if you want to stay in the area, whether for one night or more, the facilities provide a relaxing comfortable stay. Loved : Outdoor seating and garden Highland soap company products and large bath towel !!!! Relaxing lounge. Beautiful en-suite rooms. Immaculate and a clearly well cared for place to stay with lovely host .
