Terrific location, clean room and very friendly staff. Ample breakfast too. Recommend.

the hotel is amazing located right in the center of the city, i was on the new floor that was inaugurated 2 days ago and it had a lot of teething issues overall its a great hotel to stay

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, nice breakfast, great location just off the main street.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. From the time I checked in there was nonstop drilling and banging above my room. Hotels should be forced to disclose this to customers. Besides that, the rooms are tiny. I barely had room to open my suitcase and I was in “good” room. The tv didn’t work. Then the balcony door handle was faulty. I travel constantly, rarely comment, but this time I had no choice. I was duped.

This place is absolutely a 5 star property in terms of service, cleanliness, comfort, and location! It is not possible to rate this place high enough. I will always stay at this hotel when I come to Prishtina. I am typically a Hilton fan (I'm a Diamond member) and this family run hotel beats them hands down in every way possible!

Amazing customer oriented staff. The rooms are on the smaller end but well appointed. The breakfast is as good as any restaurant. Highly recommended the hotel.

This is my second stay, in a month, and the water is still only mildly warm. I had hoped to make this the hotel for me in my two year stay but I’ll be trying another hotel. Hot water is a must. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is the best. The room is very tiny—such that I could not sit at the desk—I’m not a big man either. 5’10”; 175. if one was planning to get any work done, you might try for a larger room (I think I had economy, and it was tiny). So to sum it up, needs hot water, and get a bigger room of staying over with work. Breakfast is the best.

Everything was perfect but the shower temperature was not as hot as one might like it to be. The staff was incredibly nice. The dining room staff was superior and I watched a woman take abuse from a man complaining about croissants that was unfounded. She remained so calm. I had to speak in defense of the croissants to say I thought they were perfectly delicious. So breakfast was great. It was very very very good. If the water was hotter, it would get all 5 stars. I’ll stay here again… if then price is right.

Hi, I truly was disappointed with the rating they have exceptional it’s completely overrated. First of all when I went to check it I left my wife in the lobby because they didn’t have no parking when she checked in. They charged her €15 because I forgot to put two guess that never happened in my career and I travel a lot. The rooms were extremely small. Basically the queen size took over the room from head to toe and the bathroom the sinks was on the corner very uncomfortable.. I strongly believe should be rated as a fair. Probably good, but no way is exceptional.

Memory foam bed was excellent. Not very many plug sockets which i found strange. Overall an excellent hotel. Minibar prices were very good value for money.

Really helpful staff, booked airport transfer no problem. Easy check in, very friendly staff. Modern room with lovely balcony, good air conditioning, strong rain shower toiletries provided. Plenty of sockets in bedroom including at the bedside which I need when traveling. Lots of TV channels to watch if needed. Young man at breakfast was friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good. Central hotel walkable to everything, sights, restaurants, bars, 2 supermarkets next door. Super value hotel which I thoroughly recommend.

Lovely place, the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, clean rooms with proper heating. I eould recommend you to upgrade the badic room, because it is really really small. Traffic noices kept us awake.
