El staff fue cordial en todo momento y la ubicación del hotel es buenísima. Mas allá del estilo y el gusto, que no fue totalmente de nuestro agrado, las toallas se sentían viejas y eso dio la sensación de ser un hotel que podría costar menos de lo que cuesta.

Great location within walkig distance to restaurants, stores, and the historic center. The staff was friendly and very nice. The hotel and room were clean and well maintained. I definitely recommend it ans I will be staying here at my next trip to Puebla!

Room was clean. Heating /cooling is shared with other rooms so depending on what demand load is cooling may take precedent if you might desire heating. The location was amazing as it was 3 short blocks to the Zocalo de Puebla, the heart of the Historic Center. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Casa Sabino is an excellent bistro right next door.

The hotel its beautiful with a great location. The only two things i didn't like about it ilwas that you could heard everything through the walls and doors. And after turning the water on in the bedroom sink on the second day, the water had a nasty smell. We started ising water bottle to brash our teeth, wash our hands and face. For some reason the shower didn’t had a bad smell. That's the reason I gave it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ instead of 5 stars. Other than that the hotel is in a great location, only 3 blocks from Puebla's Zocalo and La Catedral.

Economical hotel in the heart of Puebla. Clean and quiet. Staff pleasant and helpful. Lots of small cafes nearby to eat at.

This hotel is very small and the rooms were not very comfortable due to the noise and the water smelling every time you opened the faucet. We were in the first floor and could hear dogs barking super early in the morning and the staff talking and laughing as well. The walls in the rooms seem to be paper thin. The upside to staying here is being able to walk to all the little stores and restaurants.

La propiedad si quieres pasar en el centro de puebla es excelente, lo malo es si te toca una habitación que de a la calle por que es muy ruidosa

Nice place to stay in Puebla at walking distance to the historic center and places to eat great traditional food.

The roof top restaurant has a beautiful view, awesome! We had breakfast, hats off to the chef. Food was beyond excellent and presentation beautiful!

The property is very new and it's in an excellent location. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms suffer from various design flaws, which were quite frustrating at times but difficult to improve at this point.

El hotel cumple con la expectativa, PERO al llegar al check-in, me dicen en recepción que si hice reserva de estacionamiento porque estaba lleno, le comente y dentro de las amenidades ofrecidas es estacionamiento, me tomo cssi 1 hr consrguir un lugar en donde dejar mi coche.

La ubicacion del hotel es excelente. El personal es amable aunque podrian estar mejor capacitados. Instalaciones limpias y confortable
