Helpful staff

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Chambre simple mais d’une propreté impeccable, matelas confortable, personnel adorable, quartier calme. Je n’ai pas prix le petit déjeuner à l’hôtel.

Overall this is good location, within 10 min walk of most restaurants. Parking is easy, right out front. Quiet street. Elevator would have been nice, but not critical.

Nous avions besoin d'une chambre après l'arrivée tardive de notre ferry à Ouistreham sans avoir à faire beaucoup de kilomètres. La réservation en ligne était très facile et les consignes pour notre entrée après la fermeture de la réception bien reçues comme indiqué et faciles à utiliser. Ce petit hotel simple est très bien organisé, très propre et a été refait récemment. Notre chambre, bien que petite, était parfaite pour nos besoine et la salle de bains impeccable. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner.

Good sized room on ground floor. Quiet too. Wifi worked o.k. Shower was a bit awkward. Convenient area.

Hotel was very comfortable, excellent breakfast, lady on reception went out of her way give us a list of restaurants that were open on public holiday.

We liked this place, it is freshly decorated, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and breakfast was fine. Really pleased with the location, walkable to the main attractions of Caen and plenty of restaurants nearby at the marina or the castle. There was no problem parking on the road outside the hotel on a Sunday.

When booking I asked for a room on a lower floor. I was put on the 4th floor, up 60-odd steps and there was no lift.

Great location, first rate owners. Spotless room.superb breakfast. Caen has a lot to see, this is the place to stay!

Sejour d'une nuit, hôtel tres bien situé (centre ville), parking avec horodateurs juste devant donc facile à gérer (gratuit de 19h à 9h30). Personnel tres agréable, bon petit dejeuner. Literie tres propre, bon matelas.

We really enjoyed our stay here and think it's great value. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The only downside iwas that we did expect parking to be included as per the app, but they only had three or four spots which were full so we had to pay for parking outside of the hotel.
