The main reason I chose this property was the location—everything is within walking distance, which made it very convenient for exploring and getting around. That was definitely the highlight of our stay. The rooms were generally clean, but unfortunately they were quite hot with very little to no airflow, and there were no fans provided, which made it uncomfortable at times. It was also hard to sleep because the beds weren’t very comfortable. The bathroom was quite small, especially the shower area, which felt cramped. The elevator is also extremely small, which can be inconvenient when traveling with luggage or more than one person. We had to request towels multiple times from the front desk, which could be improved in terms of consistency and service. That said, the staff was polite and the overall experience was decent. If you prioritize location and being able to walk everywhere, this is a solid option. Just be aware of the comfort limitations in the rooms.

The worst hotel I’ve ever been too!

I booked here because it said "local breakfast dishes included" but the breakfast was some fruit orange juice and black coffee... You have to order and pay for the dishes which is contradictory to what's advertised.

The room didn’t feel very clean — I even found a used tissue in the blanket, which was a bit off-putting. There’s also no AC, so it can get a little uncomfortable depending on the weather. Breakfast is provided, but it’s very minimal and not really what I’d consider a full breakfast. Hopefully these details can be improved for future guests.

Just don't book a room on the street, noise-wise. Everything else was great.

Great location! Clean but the window couldn’t lock and we just don’t trust to leave our personal stuff with an unlock window. We asked to switch rooms and the other room was a lot smaller so that’s it.

Great location, you can walk to cafes, restaurants, Reforma, El Angel, etc

A lot of places to eat nearby, but the place looks old and no A/C.

Amazing location. Great restaurants, bars, bikes, etc. loved the boulevard and trees. Breakfast was minimal, plugs didn’t work some toime, plug locations were awkward, my room card didn’t work three times, an English language TV program (maybe news) is lacking, the soap dispensers were awkward, noise level was fine.

The Hotel is just okay if you’re looking for something just to crash and take a shower, is just a basic hotel. Location is excellent, buses, coffee shops, subway stations, etc, everything is walking distance. The hotel restaurant has reasonable prices and food is great, the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is old, it’s seems like the owner doesn’t care about renovations, towels are terrible. Overall it’s a good option if you’re low budget and want something just for 1-3 days

The free breakfast just included fruits and juices. The door knob was broken from the inside. They didn’t have a hair dryer. But it was just convenient which was close to many areas and felt safe. The cleaning ladies really did their jobs.

Great shops and Restaurants nearby. Excellent walking area to parks boulevards and cafes
