Location was excellent and there was many great places to eat, drink, and listen to music all within walking distance. The rooms were very basic but clean so overall it was cheap and cheerful.

Good place well located. Excellent value. Restaurant could use some restocking. Juices some days yes some no. Wine? Nope. Service good. Convenient. Not 24/7 but the neighborhood has lots of late night places.

The location and the rate are the only good thing we would say about the hotel. The mattresses and pillows are all very firm. We stayed here for 4 nights. We only had 1quiet night. The walls are very thin. We could hear Kids’ playing and people’s talking. I guess we got what we paid for.

Hotel Milán is well situated in Roma Norte with lots of eateries and bars nearby. Strong WiFi. Helpful staff. Adequate rooms —- basic partially updated Mexican Europe style. Shower water pressure could be better but it is hot. No AC or Heat, but Mexico City climate is very mild. Restaurant room service is good. Prices very fair.

Hotel staff not friendly to hotel guests staying there over 4 or more days. They should greet guests as they encountered them for friendly and polite manners. I requested a receipt for my stay after checking out on 2nd of June 2025. The agent -Denisse stated she never do that but I stated you should as requested by hotel guest. Agent does not want to work with guest. Lack of training by poor hotel general manager with a slap in the face lack of agent training as compared to US standard customer service Denisse should be fully re-trained on customer service working directly at the reception desk.

The area is ok, but it was hot and there's not air conditioner in the bedrooms. I couldn't sleep and had to get out on the second day. I couldn't stay there for the third night.

Great location

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—situated on a bustling tourist street filled with activities day and night, making it easy to explore the area. The staff is courteous, helpful, and attentive, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. However, I did encounter a couple of minor inconveniences. First, my room was missing an AC remote control, which made for an uncomfortable few hours until I requested one. The staff was accommodating and found a replacement, but it was an unexpected hassle. Second, the keycard repeatedly lost access, requiring multiple resets at the front desk—a frustrating issue, especially when I only realized the problem upon returning to my room. Despite these minor setbacks, the hotel provides a good stay overall.

立地は最高。初め2Fの部屋にチェックインしたが、窓の鍵が壊れていて閉まらず、窓の真下には1Fフロントの屋根がちょうどあって人が入って来れそう。ドライヤーも壊れていたし、部屋を変えてもらった。変更後の5Fの部屋も片方の窓の鍵は閉まらず、人は入ってこられない高さなので諦めた。出かけて帰ってくるたびにルームキーが反応せずに、一々5Fからフロントに戻って鍵を変更してもらう必要があった。そういう問題さえなければ快適だったと思う。

Everything was just fine

Excellent location, a lot of places to dinning around, safe area, transport available in walking distance.

I had lowered my expectations before booking, however safety is always important. I personally didn’t feel in any danger, however the window in the room had a broken latch preventing the window from locking. If anyone was looking to get into the room that window was an effortless way in. My other complaint is how thin the walls are. We could hear everything the person was doing in the next room.

Excellent stay, very clean, excellent service and a very good area to stay, it has absolutely everything close by and is very safe to walk around

Hotel is outdated but very clean...you pay way less than similar hotels in Europe.

All was good but the air conditioning was off at all the time

Location was fantastic. Common areas are comfortable. Service was fine. Some days we received hand towels, others not. Good value for the money.
