Mini split did not cool. No blackout curtain on glass blocks with bright light outside. Window was hard to open.

Great service in the bar. Lovely area to sip and chat by the beach. Checking was poorly handled: rooms not ready, did not alert us when they finally were ready, 3 hours late. Neighboring guests were noisy when they came In At 5 am. Front desk not responsive to simple requests.

Our first impression when driving up to the hotel was oh gosh, is this going to be OK… But once we walked around the front and saw the water, the restaurant, the bar, the sweet ambience was overwhelming. If you’re looking for an authentic, comfortable place to stay, and great margaritas, completely recommend this place.

This is the one located hotel with pleasant and friendly staff. The rooms are very Spartan but clean. There is very little light in the rooms. Also, the Hotel provides one bottle of water a day in the room per person, and it doesn’t seem possible to buy more. That’s kind of mysterious.!! Thank you, I would not be sorry to stay here again

I liked that our room looked out on Loreto Bay. The sunrises were amazing.

Great breakfast, especially if you order from the menu rather than opt for the buffet. We had an upstairs room on the far end and so hoped for a quiet night but no such luck: a popular spot for parking and BLASTING MUSIC right next door. Started before 5 and didn’t quit until 2:30am. Not the hotel’s fault but beware.

Hotel Oasis is perfect for what it is. The price is just right and the location is absolutely unbeatable - not only are you right on the beach at the very end (or start, depending on perspective) of the Malecon, but you're also just a short 10 minute walk (along the beach!) to the center of town and the plaza. While the hotel itself may have seen better days, it's still in very good condition considering the insane wear and tear this place must get being right on the ocean. The rooms are quite basic, nothing fancy, nothing special, but with that being said, they are essentially what you need - clean, spacious, comfortable bed and you're lulled to sleep by the crashing ocean waves just outside your window. Be aware, there isn't a fridge or microwave for your goods/foods. The pool area is very comfortable, and cleverly set on the opposite side of the rooms so is blocked from any ocean wind/sand/dirt/etc. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to try the restaurant, but the staff was delightful in our brief interactions for some drinks and ice. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our motorcycle group said here Jan.2025. Morning sunrise with a cup of coffee on the Golf side. All I have to say is I’ll back! Wonderful place to stay and the local dogs are super sweet🐾🐾❤️

If you’re looking for a 4-5 star rated place then move on. What you will get is a place that is clean, quiet and very friendly. After the third day of staying on the property I noticed the cook cooking food on the same grille as they did for the buffet. What was on it made me curious so I asked what it was. Clearly I could tell the pieces were chicken but when I pointed to a whole carcass on the grille and asked I got a one word response. “Dog”. After that it was covered up. I did not eat there again. Whatever the reason for cooking dog on the same grille turned me off.

Close to public parking where young people party late on weekend nights. Staff did move us to a quieter room. Conveniently located for walking into town and restaurants.
