Did not have breakfast. But plenty of easy parking

Felt a little in need or some refurbishment- stayed in a deluxe double room - mirror above bath was filthy Bathroom was old and in need of modernisation Used facilities but lots of children screaming in the pool - not the relaxation we planned for

We were on the ground floor near the gym and swimming pool.It was easy access as I have walking problems The only problem was the swimming pool was a bit cold.

Excellent choice at breakfast

Room was a great size. Bed was super comfortable. Clean and tidy room, would benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Facilities were good, but needed a good clean in the sauna and changing rooms. Breakfast was great, big variety of foods. Staff were friendly, hard working and helpful.

The Starbucks franchise in the reception area served super hot snacks, far better than expected. Restaurant food was very good too.

Great hotel , arrived really late and check in was quick and easy . Clean and very quiet . Will definitely stay again.

excellent hotel and great staff

Our room was a bit dated but nothing a few hundred quid wouldn't sort out. Overall, the reception area and bar were good but little details like dodgy carpet on the stairs and a filthy trolly with room service food dumped on it let down the overall look. Small things that the management probably walk past every day but fail to notice. We would stay again when in Maidstone due to the great location.

Great breakfast and pool

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and great amenities. Food is lovely and the whole place is good value for money. This is now my 4th stay.

Room clean, check-in quick. Used again as a stop over in Kent before crossing into France and perfect for this.

Pool was apparently open but all locked up when we attended. Couldn’t take the kids to the pool as planned and staff weren’t sure what was happening. By the time they figured it out I was told it was too late to enter. Really disorganised and wrong info on in room data

Great breakfast huge selection

Parking has gone up to £6 a day now, Breakfast is great apart from their coffee machine which is terrible, it didn't use to be like that a few years back, they must have changed it. Beds are comfortable, pool and sauna is nice but their steam room hardly has any steam, it needs an upgrade. Staff are nice, hotel is quiet which I prefer.

Nice family stay, didn't realise guests had to pay for parking though which felt a bit tight, huge car park and not in a town centre yet I had to pay £6 per night!? Disappointing. Pool was nice though and there was a great selection at Breakfast..
