Como yucateca que se hospedó por una semana puedo decir que el hotel San Juan tiene una muy buena ubicación, es bonito y mi habitación siempre estuvo limpia. Me gustaron los animales hechos con toallas para decorar el cuarto. Solamente hay algunos detalles que no dependen tanto del hotel como es el ruido de la música del bar de alado que casi todas las noches se escuchaba. Sin embargo, si consigues unos tapones de oído con eso basta. Quizá el hotel debería darlos o ponerlos en las habitaciones dado que no pueden hacer nada al respecto. El estacionamiento es un poco pequeño y si no alcanzas lugar, quizá tengas que dejar tu carro afuera. A pesar de estos inconvenientes, por el precio, la ubicación y la limpieza vale la pena.

Close to tourist sites. Wonderful restaurants close by. Pool was a salt pool, very clean. There were bands or music most nights. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. Highly recommended

Great location and good value.

The room was ok. Definitely dated. Uncomfortable mattress. A/C worked well. Good location. Thankfully, I was only there one night. I stayed at better places on Paseo de Montejo for about the same price that was more modern.

This hotel is very central, for the price it’s in an excellent location. Comfortable bed, attentive staff. Note that the bar next door plays loud music most nights till quite late, didn’t bother me as I’m a heavy sleeper but if you’re a light sleeper this may be an issue. Had problems with the toilet however when I raised with staff they were quick to fix.

The hotel is clean, but the noise is very loud at night time, maybe disturb your sleep. Staff are nice.

Everything was great. Location, clean and a typical lovely Mexican hotel. Great for a couple of nights visiting Merida.

This hotel is great value for the cost. We were really happy with our stay there.

Great 11 day stay. Close to everything and staff if amazing. Left hotel Merida that was a sister property and charged full. Lost an 11 day stay and no compensation from hotel Merida.

Very noisy, there's a night club next to the hotel, seems like the party is around the swimming pool of the hotel.

Very convenient location. Rooms are not very sound proof. Older hotel with small pool and nice courtyard. Continual cleaning t seems as facilities are basic but sanitary.

Hotel was old and in need of repair. Mold in bathroom. No water was left in room and no coffee. Shampoo only. Toilet paper looked like it was stepped on. Only a sheet to cover up with. Very noisy area. The band was right next door so very loud. Music till wee hours of the morning. Beds were good. Air conditioning was hard to contol either high or very low .

Comfortable stay. Clean and close to everything! Shopping, restaurants. Friendly staff. Stayed during the hurricane and felt safe.

Great location, centrally located and walkable to everywhere. Good price. Great option for families.
