Clean and adequate room which met all my needs. Location is excellent right in the heart of yhe old town and easily accessabile to all local atractions.

Very comfortable and a great location in the old town a few steps from the camino. Soap provided but sadly no shampoo. Other than that, great!

I really loved this place. It is right in the middle of a beautiful plaza adjoining the old town church. There are plenty of restaurants and beautiful shops all around it. The rooms were very large and very comfortable, with coffee and comfortable beds. My only complaint is that guest services was not there when I arrived and I waited about 15 minutes for somebody to come and let me in.

I found the hotel centrally located in the old city centre with cathedral & Plaza Nueva nearby. It’s a 20min walk to the airport bus stop and the Guggenheim museum. Countless cafés, bars and restaurants are around. The room was very clean and had tv, aircon, hairdryer, capsule coffee maker and electric heater. I liked the decoration and the balcony. When I checked in I encountered a multilingual receptionist who was very friendly and gave useful tips. As a tip: rooms towards the alley let you hear street cleaning and party people at night - earplugs are recommended.

Perfect for our 1 night stay in Bilbao. Friendly reception, our room was called Montse, large king size bed, clean and comfortable. Based in the centre of the Old Town, within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. Definitely recommend and would have stayed longer if time permitted.

Easy to check in. We arrived during reception hours and wanted to leave our luggage prior to check in and were allowed to check in as the room was cleaned and ready! Room was cleaned daily and we enjoyed little touches like replenishing coffee pods for each day. Would certainly stay here again!
