Despite the fact that the hotel has multiple international flags in front of it we have yet to find anyone in the hotel that speaks any English they didn't understand the process to check us in as internationals and we're looking for documentation even though they didn't recognize it when they saw it working with the Chilean government they wanted my license number on my car in the United States among other things.... We had to make another trip downstairs later in the evening after we'd already retired for bed to fill out more paperwork with information that we'd already supplied them....

Stay away from this place. The staff is undertrained and unfriendly. Not sure what is their target, but this is NOT a boutique and friendly hotel. I had to book here because of the location ( which is very good ) . Booked three nights, left at the second, and will ask Expedia for a refund the third.

Great location .. fantastic breakfast and staff are very helpful with early and late check out !! Ideal location !!! Parking , wonderful outdoor courtyard .. walking distance to shopping and restaurants …

I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast that’s included is out of this world. It changes daily and the variety of foods is amazing! It’s clean, in a safe area, and around the corner from good places to eat. I recommend the Peruvian restaurant above Holitel.

Comfortable time away although they were quite antsy with knocking to clean or calling up. The water downstairs ran out and was not replaced in over a day.

It's nice and warm to tuck into in winter. Breakfast was a decent spread with lots of dessert, but its the same everyday and only one option for breakfast mains but it'll fill you up for the day. They have dinner specials but I never ate here then. The room is comfortable and equipped well but rather small. While here the light was flickering and one of the blinds dint shut but I dint bother to get it fixed. Location is great.

We stayed for a couple of nights and it was a very good experience. It is well located, nearby a key shopping mall (Costanera Center) but at the same time in a peaceful and residential area. Staff and accomodations are very good. We recommend it.

Staff extremely helpful...they went out of their way to help us find local restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh fruit.

Clean, comfortable and affordable. Close to shopping, restaurants and parks. My room had a real bathtub which was wonderful after a long hot day.

Hotel was well priced for location and comfort .. staff well trained .. breakfast basic and ok .. rooms a bit small but again ok for the price .. I'd go back ..!!

We stayed the first time at Hotel Boutique Reyall and found it very nice and a good value. It's a little farther away from shops and restaurants than we normally stay but it was a good experience and walking distance to everywhere we like to go. Definitely recommend this hotel for value, great staff, cleanliness.... and a great breakfast.

the Reyall is a great small hotel, room on the small side, but very clean and tidy, bathroom the same. shower is a bath\shower, which always surprises me in small areas, but may appeal to some. reception staff experience varied, one good english, one none, which is surprising in cosmopolitan Santiago, but then i should learn spanish. location is excellent, quiet, and convenient to providencia and las condes. value for money exceptional

The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the nearest metro but the neighborhood is nice and safe so it was not a problem. Staff only speaks Spanish and it caused some difficulties to check in. They are also very strict with the check in/check out time. As we arrived at 13:45 and the lady refused to check us in 15 minutes earlier. This was a bit strange to us as we just were seating in a lobby and waiting for 2 PM to be able to check in. The room and hotel itself were were clean. The breakfast was good but the buffet display was very small so it is always crowded

The staff was very pleasing... Antonio and Elizabeth were true professionals.

Everyone there was very welcoming, very helpful and we really love the breakfast. It was so nice and clean. The only bad thing is the hotel location a little far from everything.
