We had some challenges. Shower head didn’t work. Toilet didn’t flush (luckily my husband was able to fix it) TV remote needed new batteries ( luckily we had spare batteries) and our room smelled like smoke. Also it didn’t feel clean. But we stayed for one night to catch an early flight. I don’t know if i would stay as a vacation spot. Pools are slippery. I recommend water shoes.

El are de los animales daba pena. Estaban bien alimentados pero no tenían ni por donde caminar de lo sucio que estaba.

Uno de los cuentos que nos entregaron tenia chinches, y el otro tenia cabellos en una almohada, y el trato del personal de ventas fue muy hostil.

Limited amenities. Bugs in the room. Staff at front desk seemed bothered. The hotel gives motel 6 vibes. The restaurant on site has great food and great customer service. The gym was closed. My kids did love the water park. Close to the airport.

I stood here so that I can be close to the airport for my flight the next morning. The water park was AWESOME to have to spend the day at,since there wasn't anything to do close by. The water park had fun slides,cool shows and both warm and cold pools. The restaurant food was just ok and they called me a cab to the airport for $150 pesos which was a quick 10 min ride there. The only complaint I would say was that the wifi would go in and out in the room but I would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed this hotel it was nice.

Fun place to stay. Pools are nice and warm nice bedroom size and international airport is 5 min away. Water park right behind. But showers are cold and wifi service is bad .. The transportation is horrible. They have a “trusted Uber driver “ which you don’t ask in app you have to call but prices are HIGH! And taxis won’t stop since it’s a big Ave.

Ofrecieron caja de seguridad y no tenia. No. Hay closet La habitación ya muy vieja

No hubo televisión por cable en los días de instancia y se tapaba la coladera de la regadera. Todo lo demás super

No hay servicio de transporte si quieres salir de el hotel a la ciudad y si te consiguen un taxi te cobran carísimo eso fue lo malo que encontré
