Great place to stay! The staff was awesome, and the room was wonderful

Great location, walking distance to so many restaurants, shops and points of interest. There are serveral restaurants and flower shops right outside the hotel entrance as well as a 24/7 grocery store across the street which is very well stocked. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Loved that it had a washing machine since we were there for 5 nights, the only thing (and not a big deal) that would have made it easier is a drying rack or clip hangers to dry the clothes since there’s no dryer. Two lovely little balconies in the kitchen/living room as well as the bedrooms which were great for fresh air although the climate control works well in each room. We would definitely stay here again!

The best thing about this stay is the location. It’s literally next to a metro station and across the street from a 24/7 Carrefour. However, for the price I think it was lacking in several things. 1. The renovations are at first blush lovely but there are some serious missteps including damaged flooring as in one of the rooms where an entire floorboard was damaged and sliding loosely in the floor. There are curtains, which are mostly for aesthetics but then there’s only one curtain rather than two, which looks so cheap and silly. 2. When we arrived, the freezer drawer was dirty and in need of cleanings 3. There are no tissues available anywhere in the bedrooms, living room or kitchen. 4. There was a washer available in the unit but they only provide you with one detergent pot per day. We arrived at the tail-end of our trip and wanted to do 2-3 rounds of laundry but were told we would only get detergent daily. So we

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was excellent and very helpful and the location was easy to walk or explore. We will be staying here again when we visit Madrid. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Wonderful stay! This was our second time staying at this property. The location is central for all the sites in Madrid and easy transit via the Metro. The staff were amazing! They went above and beyond to help us. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Highly recommend!

This property was extremely comfortable, very clean and well equipped. The manager and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect, very central enabling us to walk everywhere.

We traveled with our family of 5 for my daughter's birthday and then my mom joined us. The place is perfect! The staff is so friendly, helpful, and professional. The penthouse is amazing and the views were beautiful every morning and every night. We would definitely return here for a stay!

Apartments are well appointed for a long trip and is walkable to so much. Subway nearby as well.

Great customer service. The best we had during our 16 days traveling to Italy and Spain. The penthouse was beautiful, new and very clean. We definitely go back.

The apartment facilities were very limited if you compare with their rent. Wifi quality was poor as well.

Great location. The rooms are wonderfully comfortable, and beautiful as pictured. Particularly nice was having air conditioning, and the rooms all had perfect darkness and sound proofing, so none of the busy nightlife could be heard, and we could sleep as late as we wanted without disruption. This was great for the kids, especially. I also enjoyed having a gym downstairs while I could workout while the rest of the fam slept. Very nice and helpful staff. Great location. Great grocery stores right across the square. Everything we needed in the kitchen.
