Beautiful in every way - delicious breakfast and superb staff

Pretty close to perfect. Great location, beautiful design, excellent and helpful staff.

The staff was excellent, especially Hugo! Beautiful rooms. Great, convenient location. Trying to find the right balance between the hot and cold water in the shower was not easy, but I’m not going to ding them for this small issue.

My daughter came during Paris fashion week and loved it! We will definitely come back.

Absolutely loved it. Quality from top to bottom. Cost,quiet,excellent food,friendly ,helpful stuff,the whole interior design-perfect! The only think I really didn’t like was the temperature at the sauna which needs to be adjusted,it was so hot that after three minutes I felt I was being burned. It’s definitely a health hazard,especially for people who are not very experienced with saunas . Otherwise,highly recommended ,will definetly come back!

I booked this hotel thinking it was a five star resort however, when I arrived at the hotel, we were met by two lovely ladies working the front desk. One of them turned out to be a bell woman which is fine. She handled my bags. When I got to the room, I was very disappointed. It was very small. It was clean. The decor looked old. However I was told it was only two years old. The bathroom was very antiquated. There was not enough storage room in the bathroom. The closets were very small. The only thing things that were good. I engaged with the hotel manager who was very accommodating and agreed to move us to a different room, which was a bit better. It was very warm in Paris and the AC was not up to a 5 star hotel, however they did give us a fan that worked nicely.

Top-notch staff, upscale but relaxed tone, comfortable room, quiet but in the heart of Paris. Perfect.

We really only had one comment/issue. There was no where to store clothing. The closet had no shelving so we had to live out of our suitcases. The staff who cleaned the rooms daily did an amazing job. We were not the neatest people and come back daily to an immaculate room.

Every time we entered the room there was an unpleasant smell; not what is expected in a hotel of this caliber and cost!

This hotel is a little gem in Paris. Having been several times and previously staying at the larger well known 5 star hotels, I took a chance at this boutique hotel. And it was well worth it! The location is exceptional, the staff were 5 star and it was quiet and not crowded. It was the perfect retreat for me and my partner. We will definitely be back! Merci

400 euros security deposit at the arrival is not what I expected. Still waiting to get it back 2 days after checkout… 👎
