Staff was very nice and helpful

The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. My wife’s necklaces disappeared from our room during the stay, and when we raised the issue it was never properly resolved. At checkout we were also overcharged, which left a very bad impression. On top of that, my wife developed bed bug bites during the stay, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Overall, while the property looks nice, the service and security fell far below expectations.

Beautiful grounds which are very well maintained. Good restaurant options including the Bostana and the Greek night. Amazing sunsets from the main restaurant. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Room, views, food and overall hospitality exceeded my expectations, which were pretty high. The experience far exceeded the cost.

Brilliant hotel, my only gripe was the food on the first night in the restaurant where the breakfast is served wasn’t that good but was expensive. But overall the hotel is stunning and very family friendly

Todo en general espectacular

Attractively designed, modern and spacious resort. Plenty of places to sit around the 3 pools. Fiore (fine dining) restaurant is excellent, Novita (a la carte restaurant next to swimming pools) is nice, Elea (breakfast and half board restaurant) is OK for restaurant but not as nice as the other two for dinner (we did not eat at Bostani).

As a solo traveller, this place was amazing. Would definitely come back. Nothing was too big or too small for them to do. Everything was personal. Could not recommend enough.

Wonderful location, magical views and a very stylish calming resort. Staff go out of their way to make a difference and our four days here will never be forgotten. Highly recommended.

This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. It was absolutely perfect and I can’t think of any negatives to say about it. The whole hotel was very aesthetic and clean. The moment you enter you feel totally relaxed. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Thanking all the staff for making this a very memorable stay. It has a good location not far from Zante town. The Breakfast was perfect too with lots of good choices. Plenty to see around the hotel including a farm with their own fruit and vegetables a nice beach and shops. Perfect place for a relaxing holiday. 10 out of 10.
