The food is very very good tending to excellent. Staff service is very helpful but not 5 star. Still, great location

Positives Clean hotel, great room for family of 4, breakfast superb selection and staff generally all very attentive. Location great, it's a 20 min walk along the prom to the village with decent places to eat. Late check out - no charge! Negatives Padel is £40 which is a tad excessive. Housekeeping didn't come one day to be told they finish at 5pm and so managed to get towels and toilet roll from reception..... Cold shower one night but we were late getting to the room, every other day was fine. Pool area clean however on the last day lots of litter around the sun beds from the day before and towels not collected. Definitely recommend for some spring sunshine and hotel much better than a Canaries option! Food and drinks quite pricey in the hotel considering location but great quality. Gym - used every day, no aircon and could do with some new kit but good enough.

Despite its premium pricing by Moroccan standards, this hotel fails to deliver a true five-star experience. Service is slow, inconsistent, and often inattentive, with management appearing overly focused on delegation rather than actively supporting operations. A more hands-on leadership approach is clearly needed. The beach service was particularly poor, with staff rarely engaging guests and even displaying unprofessional behaviour during a heated staff dispute. The adults’ pool area also felt neglected, with disengaged lifeguards and little effort to manage sunbeds or maintain cleanliness. Dining lacked consistency, from unclear service standards to disorganised breakfast operations, where guests were left confused and staff appeared idle. The ongoing issue of birds entering indoor dining areas further detracts from the experience. While food quality is generally good, prices are high compared to better local alternatives. Water pricing is excessive, especially given prior communication suggesting it would be complimentary. In a hot climate, the lack of accessible free water feels particularly unreasonable. Overall, while the property is visually impressive, service shortcomings significantly undermine the experience. With stronger leadership and clearer standards, the hotel has potential, but currently falls short of expectations.

Room was spotless Staff in club lounge fabulous - Mohammed and Said great credit to you. Maha on front desk great. Two guys on the bar - don't know their names but so welcoming - one only been with you 2 months and the other limited English - both great personalities - should be proud of their hospitality skills.

Picture this: You're finally chilling by the pool in your swimsuit, soaking in the sea breeze listenign to the hotel music, when suddenly 75+ people from the meeting room swarm in - fully clothed, chain-smoking, guzzling booze, and yammering at ear-splitting volumes. What was a peaceful oasis turns into a toxic smog fest where you're the unwelcome intruder choking on their cigarette stench while they trash the vibe without a shred of self-awareness. Great job Hyatt - milking extra cash from these the meeting/events crowd and their F&B tabs, all at the expense of actual paying guests who came for tranquility, not your revenue-boosting circus. It ruined my stay.

We had ana amzing stay at the Hyatt. All the facilities were amazing. The staff was efficient, kind and well tRAINED. My only critic would be the very slow service by the pool bar. We will definitely come back

Hotel staff were very courteous and even provided a room upgrade upon arrival. The room was clean and had a good view overlooking the pool area and ocean.

Staff were robotic and non empathetic also in all honesty belittling by repeatedly asking questions and doubting payment confirmation until you show them your own receipt and not the one they should posses to avoid asking a customer as it’s embarrassing

Fantastic location, staff, beach and food. Zinab was particularly so helpful and professional.

Nice hotel. Not very many food options and often restaurants would be closed without warning. Works being done meaning a lot of construction noise while trying to relax by the adults only pool
