Beach view is fantastic. Hotel could use a little tlc but price is right. Air was not working and put in new unit within a few hours.

You get what you pay for here: a bed, a fridge, and a decent shower. It’s definitely 'budget,' but you can’t beat the logistics. Being right off Quinta Avenida and so close to the Ferry/Parque Los Fundadores saved us a ton on transport. Plus, being walking distance to Walmart makes it easy to keep the mini-fridge stocked. A great crash pad for travelers who prioritize location over fancy amenities. You will also have access to the beach club close by (across the way).

Extremely filthy. The towels had lipstick on them and some unidentifiable brown spots, the sink was stinking of cigaretes, the bed sheets had stains on them. The music from across the street blared laudly every day until midnight. On top of that, the reception wanted me to pay some environmental fee! Another couple who were checking in had also some discrepency, the hotel wanted them to pay for the second person in the room despite them booking a room for two. I dont know how this ended up. Never again Hotel Kay!

Good location that was about it. I had booked 4 nights but was only able to stay one which I got 0 sleep. Place is dirty, no hot water in the shower, and felt very unsafe. Checked out early next morning and booked a better place.

Affordable place. Not a whole lot of amenities but the view and location are excellent. I would stay again.

Nous avons vécu une expérience très préoccupante dans votre hôtel, avec de graves manquements à la sécurité. Quelqu’un est entré dans notre chambre et à fouillé nos affaires malgré notre demande de ne pas accéder à la chambre. Le matin de notre départ, nous étions enfermés à clé dans l’hôtel sans personnel, sans moyen de sortir, (et personne ne nous en a informé) puis aucune assistance n’a été apportée même en appelant l’hotel personne ne répondait. La poignée de la fenêtre du balcon était cassée, aucune caméra de surveillance ne fonctionnait, et le personnel a refusé de confirmer et documenter notre départ anticipé. Nous avons quitté après deux nuits au lieu de trois face à ces conditions inacceptables.

All the pictures on tthe website were about 40 years old. The entire hotel looked like a landlord special. Mold everywhere, the belchony railing is rusted and falling off. There are cracked loose tiles all over the stairwell. The pool was closed so they offered the pool across at the Riviera(which was filled with scum, hair, garbage) The only good thing was the cleaning staff. I bever complain about things but this i

The hotel is literally a 30 second walk to the beach, and if you have the "junior room" you can even see Cozumel from the bed. The hotel is severely "worn". Cracked tiles everywhere, plywood blocking roof access (no pool available), 4 flight walkup, no elevators. It's in the heart of Calle Norte, close to all the shops and restaurants, but the towels provided are a step above newspaper in terms of drying ability. The room had a malfunctioning TV, but good AC, fluctuating water pressure, but at least it did get hot on occasion. This is perfect for someone on a budget, but don't expect more than the absolute basics. Teens on spring break, or just wanting a cheap "on the beach" hotel, is what you're getting. At $60/night can't be much more picky. The downstairs tattoo salon does have a few hookers that will proposition you for "fiestas". The hammock in the room was a nice touch

Excellent location. Just know therenis no elevator nor help to carry your bags.

Property was not in good condition. Blankets and sheets had a strong unpleasant odor. Overall it was a terrible experience. This rundown property only deserves a one star.

La habitación es básica pero funcional, en proporción al precio está bastante bien tomando en cuenta la ubicación que es excelente y nos tocó en el último piso así que la vista fue buenísima. Este hotel no cuenta con elevador para nosotros eso no fue problema.
