The staff outside the guys that are helping out with the luggage and all of that it was very good. I ain’t got no complaints against it. What I’m against there’s the rules they got in the house. I had to check out a day earlier than expected and when I was about to check out the young lady in the office said that I had to wait because thay had to go out to room and inspect the room. See if I didn’t steal anything.

Las tarjetas de la habitación ósea la llave se desprograman continuamente, lo que te hace tener que ir en muchas ocasiones a que te las programen para accesar a tu habitación. En el hotel se realizaban trabajos lo que generaba ruido y polvo mientras estabas usando las instalaciones, el personal súper atento y servicial el aseo de las habitaciones muy bien, y el restaurante que es ajeno al hotel tiene personal en su turno turno nocturno muy especial y amable pero el turno de 6 am a 2 pm, de la peor atención que recibí en especial su camarera. El hotel buena ubicación en general se recomienda.

It got the job done. Nothing fancy but close to public transit.

The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the area around the hotel did not feel very safe. Also, the towels and some other items did not seem very clean, so the overall cleanliness did not leave a good impression.

Some of the staff was pretty rude and it’s located in a pretty sketchy spot. It’s not terrible but it’s not good either. Rooms are fairly small and asking for anything seemed to bother some of the staff. Others were nice but I didn’t get why the attitude was so off putting.

This was by far our worst stay of our trip, This is not a 4 star hotel, The TV was very outdated, the shower head had no pressure, the shower curtain had mold and the pole had rust, the toilet leaked. The front desk ladies would fall asleep, awful service. The key cards would deactivate every day and every day I had to make a second trip to the lobby to get them activated, the main elevators were out of service, the area around the hotel was sketchy and dirty along with homeless but hey at least they had a security guard. They decided to have construction going in the lobby which raised so much dust during the world cup? That was unbelievable to me. The hallway carpets are so old they smelled. This might have been a 4 star hotel back in the 80s but now they dont even get to 2 stars in my opinion. The only ones who provided a good service were the bell boys and cleaning ladies. The restaurant was awful. Its supposed to be open 24/7 from what they told us at arrival and yet it closed a day we were there. We were also only given the option of free breakfast for 1 day which was odd to me as I felt it was advertised as free daily breakfast. I would never stay here again if I return to Monterrey in the future nor tell anyone about it.

Overpriced for the service

Staff is great and the rooms are clean. They have a restaurant that serves great food at a good price. Room service included. I would give this Hotel a 4 stars.

My 3rd time staying at this hotel. Best attribute is its location, veey central to things in Monterrey. Maids regularly come and clean the room everyday faithful. That being said its a older hotel thats in need of remodeling of all its facilities. Staff is friendly and accommodating of your request as best as possible per hotel policy. Security is very good around the hotel. Large bus station across from hotel so again a good location and rail system. If i had one complaint it is that i request the in room safe to be repaired or move me to another room. That never happened on my stay this past time. Overal 3.5-4stars

Old, dingy and smelly

Esta frente a central de autobuses, tiene acceso a taxis y metro. Buen precio. El baño DEMASIADO pequeño. Poco papel sanitario y toallas.
