Wonderful staff. Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast had lots of different options. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner . Dinner was excellent. We liked it so much we eat almost every evening there! Stayed for 5 days. They have a cute rescue dog , that lives in front of Hotel, he takes his guard duties very serious and loves to be pet. They have a convenient little lake to walk or run near by. We would start from hotel and get our 3-7 miles daily run in.Feels very safe. Great pool. Absolutely recommend, will stay there again.

I enjoyed the service I received from the staff, as well as the help with my suitcase up the stairs to my room. I loved the comfortable bed! Breakfast was limited, but adequate.

Very good place to stay. The room was big and clean and comfortable. There are complimentary teas, but also, everything you need to make mate (cup, herb, spoon, kettle). I got to make and drink my first mate at this hotel, so the experience was a special one for me. There is a large pool outside, and plenty of parking. The cute friendly dog was a nice little bonus too. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel building was great. With many local features they made you feel you were in Misiones.-

The hotel was very nice, comfortable, I just didn't like the room smell, I believe they can improve it. also they had a power blackout and their power generator didn't workout or they didn't have one, I don't really know, but the problem is that made our checkout delayed. the breakfast was very good and the stuff friendly.

Conveniently located near to the airport and only stayed one night. The room was large but not much else I can comp;iment to hotel on. The room smelt of damp and rather on the worn out side. The pool was in a great need of cleaning, green stuff floating on the pool surface.

Our first room was infested with mosquitoes! Second room had weak internet. Room service was incorrect - twice. Housekeeping forgot to do our room. Air conditioner was broken.

Everything was great ! The room and services were excellent! The restaurant is very nice and the food was very good. I was going to Iguazu Falls with my family. The hotel is on the road, outside the city. The location may be not good for those who want to stay in Posadas and don't have a car

The hotel was clearly newly renovated and the staff was friendly enough, but they just couldn't get it right. First we ordered room service and the item was sent incorrectly, TWICE. Then, after I specifically advised the front desk not to charge my credit card because I would be paying cash at check-out, they charged my card. Also the hotel is far away from the town center and tourist areas and is on the main route and not near anything nice. Don't get me wrong I realize that where the town is and that it is a modest town, but I would still have preferred to be in the center of things and with a little more attention to detail for the price I paid, which is no small amount in this area.

Banheiro sem água suficiente para descarga e chuveiro e não atenderam a solicitação para conserto. Travesseiros embolorados! Toalhas do café da manhã sujas.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa. O atendimento também é bom. Todavia, chuveiro ruim, limpeza fraca e ao final no checkout cobraram um valor muito maior que o combinado na reserva e no app.

Ótimo hotel só não ganhou as 5 estrelas por ser longe do centro e da costaneira.

Faltou tapete no banheiro. Tinha um piso de madeira sujo e a bancada da pia de madeira suja. O primeiro quarto apresentado estava cheio de mofo e pedimos para trocar e nos foi cobrado taxa adicional. Não disponibilizaram tolhas de piscina. O jantar foi ruim, carne dura.

Café da manhã excelente.
