We had a wonderful stay at Ohtel. It is 2min walk to Viaduct Harbour. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and a 24hr minimart nearby. The hotel room has very cheerful decor. We booked with breakfast which was delcious. The parking is secured parking underground. The pool and gym is shared facilities with a condo. Staff during check in and breakfast was pleasant abd professional.

Great value! Short walking distance to bars and restaurants as well as places like the Sky Tower. Hotel room was spotless and well equipped, some lovely complimentary touches. Breakfast included was a bonus! Full cooked breakfast with coffee and juice was lovely. Would recommend and stay again!

Great stay only thing we were disappointed in was that we tried to call reception a few times to order our breakfast and no one answered. We paid extra for the breakfast and didn't receive so was pretty disappointing but other than that the hotel was a nice stay.

Location is good, close to Queen's Street, Breakfast was amazing, the front desk staff very helpful and friendly.

We appreciated all the staff interactions. They were more than accommodating when we arrived early in the day. Breakfast options and service were excellent. The eco-friendly emphasis and attention to detail in decor were delightful. Excellent value and convenient amenities.

Great location near the waterfront -- and all its activity, restaurants, and museums. Hotel has a nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Small, boutique-style hotel limit on-site dining offerings -- but so many restaurants nearby.

Brilliant hotel, love the design and v spacious room. Beautiful breakfast with lovely, friendly staff. Great spot near the viaduct.

We love the Ohtel. Conveniently located, it is our first choice when we come to Auckland.

Staff was very responsive to any concerns we had. Very friendly and helpful. The premium suite was a very large comfortable room.

This is a great location near the Viaduct and waterfront piers! Easy to walk places to eat and to catch the ferry to many of the islands. The rooms are a little funky (bathtub in living room!), but the bed was comfortable and we had plenty of space to relax! Service was great! The room had Nespresso maker and easy-to-use milk foamer/steamer and milk and pods were complimentary. I had read that parking was free in some reviews, but that was not the case for us. Was very convenient, but not cheap ($32NZ/night). The staff were super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this small hotel in the midst of big buildings and large chain hotels.

Great stay. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Walking to everything, surprisingly quiet. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location close to Auckland habourfront with plenty of bars and restaurants within a short walk. Staff friendly and attentive. Great breakfast made to order. Coffee exceptional. Quirky 70s style decor was interesting. Only downside was the noise from revellers walking past late at night due to our front facing room. Also toilet, shower, sink arrangement in the room was a bit strange and lacked privacy.

Great location

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The location can't be beat - on a pretty, leafy one-way street just steps from the harbor and lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. It's also a short walk from several rental car offices and the intercity bus station. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. We especially appreciated the AC. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. There's a small pool and hot tub available for guests. Parking is about $30 or $35/night which makes sense given that metered street parking in that area is $6/hour. The one issue that we had was with the bathroom. There's no door. The shower door slides back to cover the toilet. It's an odd arrangement and not ideal. For the price, this hotel was a good value but I'll probably look for a different hotel in the same area for our next trip.

I loved the kitsch retro decor throughout the hotel and rooms. The location is AMAZING - across the street from the port and all the cool restaurants and action. The staff is SUPERB! - super-friendly, accommodating and attentive. I would HIGHLY recommend this property!!!

Fabulous hotel, well appointed with friendly staff. This hotel is in great location close to numerous bars and restaurants. The room we had was spacious and extremely comfortable. We had a wonderful 2 days here. Highly recommended.
