Everything was in good working order and the gaff was very pleasant.

This hotel is located in the heart of San Pedro and the Owners are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, safe and comfortable.

The room was disgusting. The bathroom was not clean, we had to ask for blankets for the bed, the only pillows in the room were the decorative pillows. The room seemed very neglected and needed some major updating. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and had some kind of a crunchy mattress top. The sheets and the towels had stains on them. The shower handle was impossible to find a comfortable temperature with a consistent water pressure. Would NOT recommend.

Clean rooms, good location, friendly staff. The internet is a little iffy at times. But useable. cart rentals available.

Overall good, but very noisy people that yelled outside our door, and played music all night, loud. The room was clean, however just a kettle but no coffeemaker, no glasses or cups, it had cold water only in shower. It smelled strongly of stinky disinfectant when we arrived bot was very clean. Great size room. Witi was spotty. Great air condoning and fan, both with remotes. Very convenient location. Nice cushy towels, bamboo nice pillows, good mattress and sheets.

This is a downtown hotel, but only 2 blocks from the ocean and 1 block from the main street of San Pedro. We were the first guests to stay in very nicely renovated 4th floor suite. Super clean, great AC and new fridge. Front desk does not match quality of rooms. Wonderful--that helped with low price. Would gladly stay again.

We was close to lots of restaurants, the property had no help with the luggage and no car service, was a little disappointed.

This place is worst than a homeless shelter…my daughter booked this place on line based on the price and pictures. PLEASE DO NOT BE DECEIVED!! She called an hour after checking in because the place was a “dump” and she didn’t feel safe. We had booked online for 4 nights and was there less than an hour and they would not refund any of her funds. Did not have a credit card machine either the guy took a picture of the back and front of her credit card

I cleaned the trash up in our parking area myself. The amenities for our room, that we actually shopped for in our room, were an electric kettle , and a microwave. Both are listed and they were not in the rooms. They offered to sell us an electric kettle, and they had microwaves for sale also, in the lobby.

Microwave didn’t work room was poorly supplied with towels and toilet paper

Everything was fine apart from the major annoyance of a very bad internet signal. Very weak and kept droppibg off.Proprietor blamed it on the internet company provider but I got a clear signal in all the restaurants and bars on the island.

What i didnt like was paying for a deluxe room with microwave, king size bed and view of the city. I received none of those and when i asked about the room i had paid for they became hostile.

Staff members are nice and enjoyed my stay

The staff was very friendly and nice people. The room was big and clean, the only problem i found is the shower, not enough pressure in the water, but the hotel is really nice. I recommend to everyone. And cheap
