Nice convenient hotel to stay if you are visiting Mid Valley Southkey Mall - just a short 5 min walk. Parking is free and plentiful. The room is spacious and clean—everything works. The breakfast buffet has lots of variety of local and western dishes. Highly recommended

Great location. Helpful & service orientated staff Room was decent size & clean. Shower stall only has a glass panel and no door. Floor gets wet after a shower Only rain shower was available. No hose shower. Lacking hand towel Free parking for in-house guest

We would come back for staycation. Very convenient for staying. If you're bored, you can go to the next mall, and the hotel has a shuttle van to the mall every hour. This hotel was my first time for staycation and really the best hotel ever. The breakfast, you can choose from Asian to Western, and the best part is they have juice you can make by yourself, very fresh juice. Confirm your tummy will be full and happy your mood for the whole day 😃

The best roti prata & beef rendang. The breakfast was delicious, but the AC wasn't cold enough. The room was comfortable and clean, but the shower drain was a bit slow, so the water filled up quickly like a clog.

Favorite place to stay in JB. Went on a weekday to avoid the crowds. Buffet breakfast has a good spread and yummy. Short walk to Midvalley.

One of the great stay ever... check in was very smooth and fast. The room was super comfortable. The staffs were very helpful from the receptionist, room service to the bellboy & the guard. Breakfast was the star. Various choice and fresh picks. Tasteful even my picky eater daugther loves to have the breakfast here. The only slight glinch was, we booked 4 Premier rooms and just to find only 1 premier room perfloor. So we were on the separate floor but it doesnt matter. The bathroom with bathtub was a bonus point for kids but not too friendly for pregnant lady & elderly as you need to get into the bathtub for the shower and the shield was to short that you'll wet the floor. A bit dangerous for the special needs. Otherwise everything was a star. Would propbably repeat the stay here. Thank you so much!

Overall a good experience. Near Southkey which we drove, abt 5 mins away. Would be good if they can provide pillow options as I personally prefer foam pillow.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding housekeeping. This is my third consecutive stay, and each time there has been a consistent issue—either towels or bottled water are missing after housekeeping service.

Front desk lacking in excellence service. Never willing to go the extra mile..can I request for this? No. May I have that… No. All we hear is No. No. No. Room service - orange juice is served in a plastic cup- not cool. At all. I mean it’s room service not from some shop and your Hotel is all No No No but how come if your standard is so high- juice is being served in a plastic cup? And it took forever to send us a glass and that glass was not even a nice tall glass. it’s the same glass use for the bathroom. Management - I think you have enough fund now to install a shower door in all room. **Doors only available for Premium category. Breakfast super awesome but only on a Sunday.? Pizza- the best! Service staff nice.

Best Hotel for Business Travels. The best breakfast spread ever in Johor I have ever found. Very near to causeway as well, walking distance to Midvalley Southkey, they also have shuttle service.

For the price I paid. I can get a better Hotel with better facilities and clean. Requested to tidy room, nothing is done. The stayed is for my wife 50th birthday. Very disappointed.

We had 4 rooms and 1 of the room had dead cockroach. The aircon in every room was weak despite 16 degrees high speed. The toilet shower is rainshower only, no hand shower head. Location is good with hourly shuttle to midvalley shopping.
