Honestly, the staff were really friendly and helpful, and that is what made the overall stay great. We stayed in a quiet room on the top floor, with a very comfortable bed. The shower was strong, the room was clean, and the parking was free and on-site.

We were visiting Luneville from the United States. Very nice place to stay and centrally located.

The hotel was fine, but it was outdated and in need of serious renovation and, in a few instances, repair. The wifi was a little unstable. All that said, the office was reasonable given the store of the hotel and I think it offered reasonable value for money.

This is a fantastic old building with so much character. It's unlike anywhere we've stayed before, in an historic old town. Very clean, a huge comfy bed and a massive shower area. Powerful, hot water and all toiletries supplied. The staff are lovely. We had two small dogs and we were allowed to take them into the breakfast room where there was a great selection of fresh foods.

Surprisingly good room with air con and a fridge. Quirky layout probably because there were 3 of us in one room. Very clean room and facilities.

The friendly atmosphere, i noticed most people staying there had been there before. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to most of the businesses and also the market was in 5 minute walking time

The property is undergoing renovations. Paint peeling, dirty floors, dirty rugs. Once the renovations are done, it'll be nice. It's in a nice, historic area (signs all over town directing you to the hotel). The staff is great. The restaurants are ok.

Stayed for an event close by. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It’s a nice comfortable place to stay in the area.

Needing a nice hotel I found it in Luneville. Great bathtub out of a movie. The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel has parking and a great downtown location near the grand chateau
