No staff, clean room.

There was dust and dust bunnies on the tv and closet. The beds were uncomfortable (slumped in) and the linen looked wrinkled and just had us question if they were even switched. We could hear the water and other noises from the unit above. Also our room was directly facing a cemetery, with it being New Year and all it was disconcerting given our culture. It would have been good to know prior to our stay. At least then we could ask to change units. Overall the unit was spacious and well equipped.

A bit dirty in the room. Some weird brown stains on the kitchen wall and quite a bit of dust. In spite of that we enjoyed our stay here. This is our second stay at this hotel and we plan to return. It’s a very bright apartment like room with an excellent view. Very relaxing place to stay and close to everything. You can even walk 15 minutes to Hakata Station.

The room was ok in terms of cleanliness. Facilities were average and a party of 3 had to share 2 mugs!! Even though the room was equipped with a washing machine, the container of laundry detergent was empty. Will not stay at Legatio Hataka if I revisit Fukuoka!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. A very nice layout with a practical kitchen. We had trouble with the room tablet that gives the WiFi info so we messaged the property and the responded within minutes. Very walkable area with plenty of food and entertainment options. Comfy and quiet room. Will stay again.

Is really close to Canal City and Yatai area only 2 minutes walk. 20 minutes walk to Tenjin area. The view for the canal is amazing.

Awesome place next to the river, close to everything. The apartment was spacious and clean and the staff very helpful. Highly recommended.

Over all is good but 5 pm check in is ridiculous and no luggage able to save before check in and after check out also terrible

First arrived the property with a receptionist brief us while never looking at us. It was not too bad until we took elevator to our level, the building is exactly facing the cemetery if it concerns you. For us as a family, with the glroomy mood made by the receptionist, it’s not very comfortable. The ho

Nice location. Good view of riverside and quite around. Check in time is not so early (5 o’clock evening) is only issue but reception people are friendly and very helpful to all the requests. Walking distance to station and nice restaurants around.

The area was quiet, safe and walkable to Canal City. The lady in the reception area was helpful though there was a little struggle in communication, she was exerting an effort to extend help.

Seems like a new apartment building. Apartment size is excellent for 2 persons, but for more occupants with big luggage bags, space will be tight. Nice canal facing. Disadvantage: only 1 elevator, so if it breaks down or there’s emergency, it’ll be terrible. Thank God, we had a something-going safe stay.

We wanted to stay close to “Yatai” ( venders on the street and Canal City (one of the famous shopping mall in Fukuoka) and the hotel more like condo was located on the perfect spot with a reasonable price. The front desk was very friendly and the room had very comfortable setting. If I visit Canal City again, I definitely stay at this hotel.

部屋の中はとても綺麗に保たれておひ、過ごしやすかった。 しかし、ロビー付近の廊下にシーツをまとめた袋？が床に2.3個放置されていたり、ロビー裏の管理室のドアが空きっぱなしで防犯カメラなど丸見えになっているところが見えてしまい少し残念でした。 また、iPadでチェックインする際、宿泊税と言うなと4,200円を取られそうになりました。予約サイト経由で既に支払いをお済みの方で、このような表記が出た際は、必ず呼び出しボタンを押して担当者に確認をした方が良いと思います。 私は担当者を呼び出し確認をしてもらい、4,200円→0円になりました。 総合して、セキュリティーや立地、部屋の清潔さなどはとても良かったので星3つです。
