Great location... Friendly hotel staff.

The location is very strategic, easy to access everywhere. The hotel is okay, clean, and the staff is friendly. The location is great, and it's easy to find food. Sevel is close by, with McDonald's and Starbucks. The breakfast is also varied, and I really enjoyed the salad, which was complete and fresh. Overall, it's okay. I'll probably stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok. It's great!

Best hotel and location for shopping

Hotel staffs allowed us for early check-in as there are available rooms. Spacious and comfortable hotel. Only thing is need to change different lift to get to the room. Overall, we did have a pleasant stay.

The room is clean and spacious. The location is perfect, walking distance to Central World mall, Big C. Pratunam Market, and Platinum mall just a minute from the hotel.

Pratunam market only downstair, Platinum mall and December just across from our hotel. Nearby so many food sellers. Perfect location.

Booked the one bedroom suite at higher price, but was told it 's the same as Glow Suite (which is way lower in price). I have checked with app team prior to my trip if one bedroom suite and glow suite are the same-they assured me they are different.
