Awesome suite, close to all amenities but the communication could be better, waited 3 hours after check in time for the room key

The property itself was beautiful, clean. Great location walkable to restaurants, shopping, transit etc. our room was over an hour late which was unfortunate bc I had small tired children. We booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch to sleep 5 people. 1st night we tried to pull out the couch and it wouldn’t come out then was crooked and collapsed when my son tried to sleep on it. There were springs on the floor and under the couch. We contacted reception who continuously asked us if we were opening it correctly and told us maintenance wasn’t available at 11pm. We had to put my son on the floor on some pillows. We were assured in the morning maintenance would come to fix it. The next day we went out & returned late in the evening after our excursions. The couch was not fixed, someone simply had come over to fix it but just closed it up it seemed. 2nd night we tried to open it again and it wouldn’t open and in fact was worse. I spoke with the reception and after arguing for 40 minutes telling them it won’t open even though they insisted it was fixed, I threatened to go down to reception & demand to speak to a manager & they finally called an emergency maintenance guy. He came & even he couldn’t open it … I’m Portuguese & understood when he even said it was broken. My son didn’t have a bed again. After arguing we were offered a 50% refund for our apartment. So if you’r getting a room for 5 make sure to check the pull out. All parts of a room should be working!

Third time staying here and love it….. highly recommended it, great location, nice and clean and very easy to communicate with staff.

The property was older than the ones we staying at our other destinations. It wasn't in as good of shape. We were traveling with our 3 children and it was large enough for a family of 5. It was close to everything we wanted to see!

Great location

I lived everything about the property. But we couldn’t check in on time because they forgot to send us the link to check in. They send us the link at 3:35 and normal check in time is 3 o’clock. They knew we were waiting but things went wrong. Next day water heater went out but they fixed it thankfully. Next day the internet kept going off and on and kept messing with the key link. So we had to get an actual key to open the door. Other than that loved the property and staff of the hotels.

Excelente lugar para quedarse en familia! Me encanto que me respondieran rapidamente. No me gusto que tiene fotos de una terraza y fue uno de los motivos por el cual hice la reservacion pero el apartamento que elegi no tenia terraza segun me explicaron! Creo que travelocity deberia aclarar eso durante el proceso de reserva y pago. Me gusto lo limpio que esta el lugar, lo centrico que esta ubicado, al frente del edificio hay dos supermercados que hicieron nuestra estadia mas facil en cuanto a los desayunos. Me gusto lo facil que es entrar y salir sin miedo de que se te olvide tu llave! En fin si vuelvo a Madrid me quedaria en este lugar todas las veces que lo visite! Buena suerte y disfruten su estadia como yo y mi familia lo hicimos! Yo les doy un 100/100 ❤️❤️❤️

All very nice, apartment clean, area very central. Communication could be better, we didn’t get the link at the promised time to open the door but got there at the end.

The 2 bedroom apartment was very comfortable for our family of 5. Everything was still new and felt very clean.
