Buen alojamiento

Alojamiento sencillo pero funciona bien

Kitchenette equip to do anything. No pots,pans, knives,forks etc.

The kitchen has Not utensils, you have to rent The emergency exit was very dark, no phones in te room. They have water in the gym but yoou have to get your own cups.I red they have BBQ GRILL it didn't work. Very rud people in front desk, I reserved a primium room with two beds and tried to force me to take a single one. Definitely i do not recomend this place.

Very nice

Friendly staff, clean place and conveniently located near a shopping center. The coffee shop and pizza place next to it are amazing. Might get loudly with students at the karaoke downstairs During the weekends. Other than the noise it’s a great place.

Only good thing about this hotel was the staffStaff was great, but I have to say not sure how can this hotel can be ratet excellent by travellers… the room was not clean, the sheets and towels looked very old and used, with stains and falling apart (I even have to put my tshirt over the pillow because it was gross to put my head on it) and the noise from outside the street was tormenting and also inside the hotel. I booked for 4 nights and left next day

En general la ubicacion está bien, hay supermercados cerca y el centro comercial, el hotel está bien, tiene zonas en buen estado. La habitacion puede ser mejor, hay cosas oxidadas, toallas rotas o en mal estado, paredes un poco sucias; aunque la cama estaba limpia al igual que la cocina

The breakfast only includes 2 eggs and a piece of dry bread. Not at all what the pictures depict. The lock on the room also did not work and the bed was hard as a rock. The staff on the other hand was extremely helpful and pleasant. Room Setup was great to get work done.

Room was bare, I mean for example it has coffee cups and coffee packets but no coffee maker? no iron, it has a kitchen but no pots, not utencils, hot water stopped middle shower. good for a night, a clean bed and a bathroom but by no means is a suite.

Great stay at UMA Suites. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and the overall experience smooth. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for rest after a long day. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Nice place, people always available to help

Clean, quiet room. Plenty of space to put your things. Desk in room. Safe, convenient location (4minute walk to mall). Nice amenities like new gym, laundry, outdoor area, work rooms, cafeteria. Drawbacks: No place to hang bath towels, slippery floor in shower, no available hair dryers and no English spoken at the front desk.

i was pleasantly surprise at the hotel. staff, rooms, location, are all ideal. very nice place to stay.
