Both the Korean and Japanese staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spacious enough to spread out two suitcases! The room was clean, I slept well, and the subway was close by, making it easy to get around! I had a great rest during my two-night stay!

I love everything here. Near the train, near the shopping center, near the bus station to go to another prefecture. I'm gonna choose here again when I back to Fukuoka next time;)

I love that they give you a full set of new towels and other amenities automatically—just putting a basket in front of your room, no asking, no knocking! The water pressure was great, hot water always ready. Friendly staff at reception that always greet you when you pass by—not that it's a must. The location was also good, not necessarily next to the busy Hakata or Tenjin stations but a less crowded one which is close to the two! There are plenty eateries around, but take note of the time since most of them close pretty early!
