Wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got upgraded to an Executive room for free! Our room was very clean and comfortable. Had no problems with noise at all. We went and had a meal one night at the Orchid restaurant below, amazing tasty food. Would recommend to others to stay here.

Parking was difficult, I needed EV charging so ended up parking at the Crowne plaza. The car park was too small and if you hadn’t booked you couldn’t park. Very basic bit clean. The breakfast was lovely

We asked for a quiet room but were given no 14 which was right above a restaurant

Everything about the stay regards service by lovely friendly attentive staff, amazing food in the Orchid Restaurant on our evening meal, and great breakfasts with great porridge oats, pancakes, and the best poached eggs ever! Our only negative part of the review is down to the relatively plain room we were given which didn’t really reflect the images online for the room type we booked. However, we would stay again for the amazing service from all of the staff.
