The hotel was excellent, very well situated for our visit to the city. The staff, breakfast offering and facilities were excellent. The room was very comfortable. Every member of staff we dealt with provided the best customer service really added to our enjoyment of the trip. The atmosphere in the bar was first rate and the social happy hour was an added bonus.

Room was spacious and clean. Easy to book in. Only complaint is the room was not serviced when we were there. Had to go to reception for a change of towels.

How friendly and helpful the staff was. We stayed there for 2 weeks to attend my daughters wedding. During that time they did everything to help us comfortable and feel welcomed. Great place to stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience welcoming. The breakfast was really good, with plenty of options and great quality. On the downside, the room felt a bit basic considering the price point. Additionally, on arrival the shower gel hadn’t been filled, which was probably just an oversight but doesn’t reflect well on the attention to detail.

We had a great stay at the Scandinavian Norreport. The location was great for touring around Copenhagen, close to the metro & train stops. The rooms were clean, but on the small side. The staff was friendly and accommodating! We loved the rooftop bar! Highly recommend!!

First,SO conveniently located by the metro- a straight shot to the airport and in a great walking area! Rooftop bar was gorgeous. The room was small but fine for two. Only problem is we had amazing warm weather in Copenhagen but we couldn’t get the room to cool Down. Great hotel, would stay again.

Great location outside metro. Loved the roof terrace and the breakfast. Rooms very small. Limited shelving. But fine if you are just there to sleep and shower.

The staff were lovely, breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable - a bit small for two people, but adequate. Bed was comfortable.

Todo muy bien. Salvo que el horario del desayuno y la limpieza se piden por un app. Y se hace el día anterior. Muchas veces uno no está tan programado 24 ha antes para coordinar. De hecho uno está de vacaciones sin preocupaciones de horario. Todo muy bien salvo este aspecto.

We had a brilliant 3 night stay at this lovely hotel right in the centre of Copenhagen, easy to explore the city and metro on your doorstep so easy to get to the airport, the hotel is lovely with a great rooftop bar and breakfast included n the price very comfortable hotel and lovely staff stayed with family and we all loved the hotel and beautiful Copenhagen

Great stay, very central right next to the metro for the airport and near all of the main sights. Rooms small but very clean and well sound proofed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good and free drinks for happy hour a bonus. Great base for exploring Copenhagen
