The staff was the most accommodating, friendliest people. They go above and beyond to make your stay the best it could be. I can’t stay enough about the hotel staff. It was a breath a fresh air dealing with them as compared to some of the staff at another resort we had come from. I understand they are doing renovations on the Skyline Hotel and I’m sure it will all be very nice when complete. I would suggest more comfortable pillows, ceiling fans, white noise to block the noise from whatever is located next door as it was very difficult to sleep with Karaoke going on last night. Overall, I would recommend this hotel bc the staff will take care of you like you're family.

Staff were amazing!

The best thing was the food in the restaurant. All staff members were very accommodating and friendly.

The rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel has a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The beds are comfortable, and the free breakfast at the restaurant is made to order. There is no elevator to the rooms but the staff carried our luggage up for us. They were also very helpful in scheduling a city tour and a late checkout. Two disappointments with the rooms: The first is that only the bedrooms are air conditioned, so the living room and kitchen may be too warm for some guests. Second, we had repeated problems with the hot water in both suites and had to get staff to fix the water heater several times. That meant cold showers the first time and trips to the reception area to get maintenance staff thereafter.

We really enjoyed our stay at Skylight. We were taking a family vacation and it was an ideal setup for us. The room was spacious and clean (we had a 2 bedroom suite). The pool was right outside our room so it was both easy to access and easy to monitor kids from the room. The staff are fantastic. We found them very friendly and helpful. The location is pretty nice too. You are about 100 metres to the ocean with a pretty nice beach. Ocean World is also minutes by foot. And there are some decent restaurants within walking distance. Also, their restaurant is pretty decent. It is not an all-inclusive so it gives you more freedom, but service and assistance is available if needed or desired. Great stay, thanks again.

Friendly staff, clean and great food

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Everything so clean, the service is 1000/100, people are so nice and helpfull.

We were greeted with friendliness, we're very helpful and caring. I like the fact that she texted us ahead of time. It made the check in very smooth. It would be good to have a hair dryer in the room.

This was a eso me place I loved it and the staff were super friendly and sweet and place was very clean which that was a plus the restaurant food was great!

The property was super clean and neat. Very easy parking and right next to the beach, literally. It’s many restaurants and bars on the area .however, the free breakfast as well as other food from the hotel restaurant is DELICIOUS. Some of the best chicken wings I ever ate. Room service was nice and checkin was super easy & fast

Lovely staff. Facilities are clean but in need of an update. The shower has been re-done, however there was no warm or hot water for my two and one half days stay. The other guests in our group reported the same issue.

Really enjoyed Skylight. Staff was great and attentive. Only problem was the hot water heater was not working but other than that the stay was enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The beach is walking distance so are other restaurants if you want other options and Ocean World is also walking distance away. A great place to stay if your looking for other choices than resort style lodging

Nice property and their restaurant is excellent and nice staff. However room service was not what I expected. The water heater was not functioning to provide hot water. The water pressure in the shower was very low and poor. Also they need to repair bathroom essentials such as the toilet paper holders and the clogged sink. The legs’s chairs in the kitchen were broken. Would return if the property is kept well maintained.

What I like was costumers service from the two gentleman at the registration office. They were very helpful and the service was excellent. What I did not like was the service from the restaurant and the security person.
