The TV wasn't working and there wasn't enough soap in the dispenser. The heat/AC wasn't working either. Everything else was great. I will stay here again

I loved my room, but the absence of a microve and iron in the room was a bit stressful.

It was okay on the first night, the second night there were other persons were noisy from 11:30 pm to 9 am. Couldn’t get enough sleep. There wasn’t even enough space in room to walk around. Staff was okay though. Keys don’t work after 11 am, you would have to get it activated every day after 11. Stay was meh!

Check in lady didn’t even welcome us. Just asked us straight for payment and ID. Didn’t gave us directions to our room. Went to the room, The floor had not been swept or mapped for days. Garbage in every corner. Bathroom faucet was loose, so the toilet seat, shower head all moldy stained towels and all were “hand” towel size. I always check mattress in every hotel I go, this one was all stained, yellow and dark brown so that means was blood. Asked to get a different room and they said they were booked. Asked for a discount and they said had to wait for manager who never got into the location.

Had to stay here 2 nights while waiting for my new apartment to be ready. Located in a bad neighborhood lots of people out especially at night. Rooms are small and halls reek of weed.

Everything was nice. Staff was beautiful room was nice and clean. No bunch of noises. Great experience will return again.

Definitely never staying here again. The hotel is noisy, guests partying all night, super loud. No staff presence or monitoring of the guests. I expected a rough area given location but seemed a little rougher than expected. Rooms and hallways were dirty, trash in the halls and downstairs

The staff needs to be more efficient with their services.

Nice

Wanted to stay closer to a work meeting in the Bronx than coming from downtown. Hotel was fine - staff was courteous, but rooms are standard at best. Smoking is allowed at the hotel, so the entire hotel smells of smoke, even if you're not in a smoking room. Poor sound insulation - I expected city sounds (I live in another large city), but very easy to hear loud TVs from similar rooms. No ironing board or iron available.

I was not satisfied, i will like my money refund back to me...roaches was crawling in room,it was very noisy people, yelling, screaming, doors slamming all night long,fire alarm going off in my room, outside in hallway was full of smoke,the fire fighters came.i called front desk and he told me that he doesn't have any more rooms.also i got a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke
