The only complaint I have is the window wasextremely dirty and hard to look out of. Steep stairs. If you have problems with stairs this place isnt for you. You could call and see what accommodations they could make for you. the staff seem very helpful.

Hotel was cute but some disrepair and smelly furniture. Sheets were horrible polyester, so uncomfortable. Room was clean and lovely staff though. Kitchenette was clean and suitable.

This hotel is an original building in Cranbrook from the 1920s…very cool, very stylish. Excellent rate and a great bar/resto downstairs. Highly recommend this place over the more expensive highway hotels any day.

We checked in late so didn’t have a chance to ask for wifi password. Check-in out were easy. Excellent room.

You are situated downtown and there are many restaurants, coffee shops, banks, stores with a Safeway and The Key City theatre all a short walking distance away. Great central location to stay in Cranbrook.
