Super nice!

The hotel was amazing. However we had to give a deposit for the stay for 2 rooms we had. Its been almost 3 weeks since we left and they havent send my deposit back. I called the hotel and pretty much was given excuses as they dont do the refunds its another company they have to investigate literally the run around If you put a hold as a deposit it has to be return within 72 hours, a week at the most. If I dont call the hotel they keep your money? I dont know how they do business but its not the way we do business. Everything is clear, u give a deposit your money is returned within a week at the.most. this is ridiculous I ha e never encountered this situation. The hotel is great but if this is the way it works I prefer staying somewhere else
